T2 (International Terminal)

Trivandrum's International Airport (T2) is very brilliantly built with all nice amenities and lounge facilities.

T2, the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport Terminal is located in Chakka. The Domestic Terminal T1 is a few kilometers beyond the T2 entrance. The Air India Domestic and International flights land and take-off from T2. No idea why they have kept two different Terminal entrances, as the ground activity happens in the same territory.

Very organised and well made Airport terminal.

Parking fees are a theft! Only 10mins for free drop off. This wont be enough for dropping off luggage itself! If there is a little traffic, then directly ₹100 is gone! Other than that, everything is ok. The terminal is good, the parking is good and even the staff is ok.
The free parking should be increased at least 20min!

This is the international terminal of Trivandrum Airport in Kerala. Now the airport is owned by Adani group. Flights to various parts of the world are being operated daily.

Well Maintained... Neat and clean... Process oriented....

Terminal 2 (T2) serves all international flights AND ALL AIR INDIA DOMESTIC flights in/out of Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram, TRV) Airport. It is the newer terminal.

It's well maintained by private sectors

Changed a lot with the takeover by Adani. Now there are automated access gates to the emigration area, executive lounge, lot of shops etc.

Very spacious, lots of sitting. Has taxi service. Has clean toilets. Has good restaurants and shopping inside. Only 9 km from heart of Trivandrum city. Has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Relatively fast check in and security clearance. Fast baggage clearance. Has currency exchange offices. Very warm during summers and comfortably cold during winter nights. Inside it is comfortably air conditioned.

New and highly maintained terminal, wayy better than the domestic.. very clean and spacious.. architecture is brilliant..
