I've been a loyal customer at The Roots since Mr. Aneesh joined as hairstylist a couple of years ago. His expertise and dedication always made my visits worthwhile. I have never encountered a stylist as dedicated and skilled as Mr. Aneesh, not even at the Creative Director level in Toni & Guy. His expertise and commitment to his craft are truly remarkable. When he moved from Green Trends to The Roots, I didn't hesitate to follow, despite the distance. Even travelling 10km was worth it for their exceptional service. I must mention Ms. Nasim, whose facial treatments were outstanding. Her dedication to the profession was truly unbelievable. I'll miss their exceptional services now that I've moved to Ernakulam. All in all, the entire team provided above-average service, and I'm grateful for their professionalism.

Amazing experience. Despite it being new, they have very experienced staff. The staff were very friendly and the Salon was very clean and had a beautiful ambience. They also have Ayurvedic services which I am to try the next time I'm here. This place will be my go-to salon from now.

I decided to use the service today. Nasim Shah greeted me and gave me one of the nicest facial massages in addition to guiding me through the full process. She was friendly and accommodating. It was a restorative and revitalizing spa experience. The entire space smelled nice and was immaculate. and the group was friendly and highly approachable. I appreciate the customer-centricity.

Thanks to making an early appointment the salon was not crowded. Neetu was friendly and professional. I had a very relaxing facial, which was not rushed. The salon was quite crowded when we moved outside the room, but there was no delay in starting my pedicure. Pedicure too was relaxing and thorough. I appreciated that Neetu listened to my concerns and did not force me to choose the facial and pedicure based on price, like I have experienced in the past. Clean space and relaxing music during the facial was a plus point.

I was walking around and came across this great spot. Due to my tight schedule I was only able to get a spa pedicure. Lilly did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend their services.

This was my first experience with Roots Salon and it was worth every penny.I did a red carpet facial and it was done by Nazeem. She was very professional and excellent in her work and service and the results were just wonderful and i just love it. The before and after results are just unbelievable.

Truly amazing customer sevice. I went there to have a hair cut along with wash and blow dry (Rs. 500). Besides that, I did threading of eyebrows, chin and upper lip (Rs.150). Even though it was about to close, they showed patience and care in all service they have done without any hurry. The service of both Prashanth and Remya were really appreciable. The north indian guy who did the hair cut was also good. Good work team

Absolutely the kindest staff at the front desk. This is my 3rd visit to Rootz. Our service was with Wati for a head massage and he was a delight , always smiling and pleasant during my husband and my son’s head massage. My younger son got a haircut from Bishal who was just as kind and ensured we are good with the cut since my son has never had a haircut at this salon before or in India. 😌

My hair Botox was with Johnson (with the help of Bishal) who is highly skilled in world of hair and great at what he does but most importantly was extremely sweet and a delight to speak to during my 4 hour treatment. We spoke a lot and laughed just as much. You must go visit the salon and ask for these amazing people.

As usual, received the best service from the roots, kazhakkoottam. Special thanks to Remya who took the most care to how i feel with each service she is giving. Also her friendly nature helped me to have a relaxed mind after the complete service. Every time doing threading was a nightmare for me. Remya made me completely comfortable this time. I would like to mention also about the northie lady who speaks malayalam so cutely, dont know why i forgot to ask her name, she was also adorable with her service. I am happy totally.

A good salon in Vazhuthacaud that has all the facilities. We went to get a haircut for my 1 year old child. The staff were very professional and kid friendly. They showed the necessary patience to cut the hair for the baby. The ambience is great here. The price is a bit high, but considering the service and facilities it is ok. Overall it was a very good experience.

I visited Roots for a haircut and facial for a special event. The service was pampering and amazing. I must say the haircut was easily the best I ever had in my life. Rooting for Roots to all friends and family 👍

I've been going here for a bit over a year, and i am someone that's extremely picky about my haircuts and how my beard shld look... And since I first came here, the stylist Vibin bro, he was absolutely amazing every time. Every time he leaves me with consistent cuts and goes beyond my expectations. Even the last time I was there, half way through my beard styling, the electricity got cut.... We waited for a while but then Vibin got the rest of the staff and my friend to shine their phone flashes on me while he finished my cut and i was skeptical but once I was at home, I saw that the cut and my beard was absolutely flawless. Genuinely will keep going here as long as i can.

Took my son (1 yr ) for hair cut today. They did an amazing job dealing with him and he loved the Mickey mouse seats there. The staff are friendly and very good at working with moving, crying children. They know how to handle kids. Would highly recommend this place.

Very nice service done by Sana. She was patiently doing my hair spa and dandruff treatment with very good care. Would give 5 stars and must visit again.
