Accessible location, above average quality and quantity of food, good service, neat restrooms, comfortable restaurant seating, affordable cost .

Had a recent stay there , during which the facility seemed to be under staffed that few times the phone calls for service were unanswered and I faced unacceptable delay in settling the final bill after vacating the room, despite no other customers being there to be served at the point. A lack of inter personal communication was also felt amongst the staff. Overall, the stay was pleasant despite the few hiccups.

It is located in the city area mostly comfortable with enjoying 😉

I love this hotel. It's truly classy and so stylish. The food is out of this world too. Beautiful rooms and exceptional service. We celebrated a birthday party and cannot wait to go again. Great for any occasion and for business or pleasure.

Service is good... Especially the supervisor and manager are very dedicated... If we make a complaint they are ready to solve without complaining by accepting their flaws... One of the best place for families... Once we ordered and preperation instructions are given they will follow... I love it for how they serve my son's demand without fail which is far away from there usual spices..

Its an extra ordinary hotel with BAR. There is a special place for youngsters, named “Blue Thunder”. Very awesome mini theatre bar

Another landmark in Palakkad . An old hotel with somewhat modern touch . Great value for money for short transit stays
