We had booked a car for Jaisalmer-Jodhpur trip for 5 people. We were provided with an amazing experience with top-notch service provided. Right from the welcome to goodbye, we got a proper Rajasthani respectful service. Not only did we have a good itinerary planned, but our driver also helped us get in touch with good guides, places to eat at as well as shopping places. For Jaisalmer in particular, they even ensured we booked the desert tour from one of the top places across the many available in the desert, which ensured we had a good experience away from all the commercial places out there.They took care of everything end-to-end for us. Even the car provided was in very good condition and very comfortable.

The driver provided to us, Chandan Bhai, was very nice and worked as a guide. Gave SUV car, it was exactly new 2024 model of Kia Carens, they gave us very good service as per their promise, we are very happy with their service, we will keep taking service from JCR in future, we will recommend JCR to every tourist coming to Rajasthan. Would recommend to visit Rajasthan with. Our experience with the taxi service in Jaisalmer was excellent. All three cars were in impeccable condition, and the drivers were not only friendly but also warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this taxi service for a hassle-free and enjoyable transportation experience in Jaisalmer. Mr Dileep Kumar not only delivered with great cars but also went out of his way to grab us the famous kachoris of Jaislamer for our breakfast.

My experience with the JCR cab was excellent. The car was in excellent condition, in fact it was a brand new Innova. The driver Mr Dilip Singh was very courteous and expert driver. He kept answering all our queries regarding Jaisalmer, its people, culture etc. He was very well behaved and this made our 5 days travel of Jaisalmer and Jodhpur very convenient. I was travelling with my husband, 2 kids and a senior citizen and this was the first time I booked a cab from JCR. I read nearly 40-50 reviews about JCR on google before booking the cab. I was pretty surprised to see that all reviews were positive about the cab and the drivers. I was a bit apprehensive before boarding the car, but within few minutes of interacting with Mr Dilip made my entire family very comfortable. Our car hiring experience with JCR Cab for Rajasthan Tour was the Best...We travelled with 2 different JCR Cabs from Abu Road to Mount Abu,Udaipur,Jaisalmer and Jodhpur. As promised by Company for the best service, we could experience the same except little uncomfort travelling during Mt
Abu to Abu Road back.The cars hired were on time, clean and well maintained. The drivers were well mannered and humble. The travel was safe all the time with AC on all the time.

I had first spoken to Rajputana Cabs since I had done a booking with them for my parents a few years back. Maybe they were a smaller operation back then. This time round, every time I called, I spoke to a different person and none of them had any cohesion with each other. On doing a search on Google, I came across JCR Cabs, who had great reviews on Google. I called them and their approach was better and hence, we booked with them. We tried to get the price down but they offered complimentary guides for a day each in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer and also a new Innova.
Upon reaching Jodhpur we were welcomed by Joga Ram ji with flower garlands for the family. He instructed the driver what to do and where to take us. The initial driver was not that great and we didn’t have a great vibe with him. Fortunately for us, we had stayed in a far off hotel for 2 days without the car. On the 3rd day the company itself without us saying anything, sent a different Driver whose name was Dilip Kumar ji. The cars however, were pretty much brand new both the times as promised by them.
Dilip ji is from Jaisalmer but knew quite a bit about Jodhpur as well. He even smoothly navigated an encounter with the local traffic police where they wanted to take away the car, despite us having booked it for 6-7 more days, due to the elections going on. On the day we were supposed to visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, we reached there and upon seeing the rush, we told him we will go to the Bishnoi’ shop, Via Bishnoi. He took us there and from there for food and then to the Palace. After the palace, we decided we wanted to do the Bishnoi village safari which was to start from the same shop we were in the morning. Dilip ji had no complaints about taking us back and waiting for us. He even took us to a couple of good restaurants in Jodhpur which we otherwise wouldn’t have gone to.
Upon reaching Jaisalmer, he had turned part guide, part driver and a bond had been developed even between my kids and him. There was one time when my kids were complaining about us to him because they felt there wasn’t much in terms of activities that, we had planned for them. On that day, my kids refused to step down from the car in the parking of a shop we wanted to visit. Dilip ji and our guide in Jaisalmer Mr. Bhupendra took care of the kids and even got them snacks and sat with them while we were in the shop. He took great pains to keep the car spic and span every day.
We even kept our luggage in the car without worrying about it as we were going to stay in a hotel on the Jaisalmer Fort and the rooms wouldn’t have been big enough for our entire luggage. He even bought and gifted us a box of the famous local sweet Ghotwaa from Jaisalmer. My daughter gifted his daughter some toys from Jaisalmer, such was the fondness developed in 8 days. She also asked him to personally come with us whenever we come back next. Having a great driver and cab service can make or break your holiday experience and happily we lucked out with Dilip ji and JCR Cabs. I would happily recommend them to everyone always.

We hired car from JCR Cabs from Jaisalmir for two days and then we came to Jodhpur and their also we stayed for two days.. We went for sight seeing to different places.. Leela Ram ji was our driver for the whole tour, he is a very nice , soft spoken and well mannered person.. One should like to have a driver like him for long stay together.. I would highly recommend JCR Cabs Rajasthan to people who want an excellent car service 👍🏻.

We rented a car for Jodhpur sightseeing and also to get us to Jaisalmer and back to Jodhpur. We hired JCR car rental. They owner Shri Jogaram ji and our wonderful driver and guide Shri Ravi Singh ji met us at the airport with garlands and sweets. From then on the experience was second to none. We had fantastic experience with JCR. Additionally, they had the best deal for this trip when compared to any other travel agency. The owner Ram ji was easy to talk to and very accomodating. Highly recommend their service.

Lastly, we had good words of caution, wisdom from our driver Ravi Singh ji on places to visit, eateries, shopping etc.Not all things online are true and we trusted Ravi jis words more than online reviews and we did not regret! Thank you Ravi ji!
