Jaisalmer camel safari

An experience of a lifetime. Teju was recommended to me, he’s definitely a treasure and a man you can trust completely. When I arrived in Jaisalmer I was injured and he took me to the hospital and never once asked me for money.

He took me to many places in and around Jaisalmer and has a deep and thorough understanding of the history and culture.
The camel safari is the most authentic adventure I’ve ever been on. It was non touristy in every way. A meal under the stars with chapati cooked on the open fire, camels gazing, we slept in a traditional mud hut with the basics necessary to make it a very comfortable and memorable stay.

The annual desert festival was on while I was there and Teju provided me with the program and took me to several events, he also picked me up which made me feel very safe as a solo female traveller
Teju is well regarded among the locals and can suggest a place suitable to your needs and budget. Nothing was too much to ask. Teju was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and shop which saved me a lot of money.

We had a great experience with the Jaislamer Camel Safari. The guides were very kind and accommodating. They would go out of their way to make sure we got everything we needed and wanted. I would definitely recommend.

The camel safari I did with them was fantastic. We went to a peaceful part of the desert where the night sky was just amazing. The camels, the food were all very good.

I loved our desert safari with Gafur, the organiser, Kamal, our driver, and Ganesh, our camel guide! They were very kind and helpful as well as open to answer all of our questions and make our experience as rich as possible. I loved the camel ride, the food they prepared by the campfire, our conversations and sleeping under the stars. Both dinner and breakfast were made of fresh ingredients and on spot, and all of our needs were attended (drinking water, clean sheets for sleeping, instructions for safe riding). We learned a lot about desert life and desert people, they showed us plants thar desert people eat and we even saw some wild animals (a fox and a deer). I would highly recommend this safari if you are looking for informative and memorable experience🙂🙌

We had such an incredible experience, camping under the stars in the Thar desert was something we will never forget. The safarfi team we're SO welcoming and hospitable! Our tour guide Gulab made sure we had a great time, which we did! The food was delicious, made in the desert by our camel guide Surya which he also taught us to help to prepare. Overall a highly recommended and priceless experience!

The camel safari I did with them was fantastic. We went to a peaceful part of the desert where the night sky was just amazing. The camels, the equipment, the food, were all very good. I wanted to ask quite a few questions before I booked and they were all answered with patience and clarity. I would certainly recommend to do a camel safari with these people.

Just had a great experience with our driver Gulab and our guide Naru. I did not ride camel, but spending the night in the sand dunes with practically nobody else, enjoying delicious dinner and breakfast was simply unbelievable. Even then I forgot some valuables in the camp and they made all the way to Jaisalmer to bring them back to me. Totally recommended
