Toad Rock

Superb for sunrise if u are Lil clumzy and lazy to go on for a hard traking amazing view in morning you sound reach at top around 6:40 to enjoy the 1st ray of sun there is also a nsta wale uncle there who opens at 7:00.. u can have quality time there other wise if u r sporty nd fit so u can also go to other points for sunrise nd yes lake view ♥

There are a lot of climb and stairs to reach on the top and it's absolutely worth it to visit once.

My favourite Trek in Mount Abu after Goumukh Trek. I'll share my experience of Toad rock. It is located near Nakki lake in mount Abu. The top of Toad rock can be seen from the ground of Nakki lake also.

We knew there would be a crowd in daylight so decided to trek the next early in the morning. Started the trek at 6am and the fog omg you literally cant see a thing from lil bit distance. It was pleasant and scary at the same time. The trek is around 30 min max to climb including a break and photoshoot timing. Only we were there at that time and the fog of course.

We did a photoshoot and some site seeing vids and all. Also we met a cute little squirrel at the top (attaching video of it). It was so heavenly beautiful and quiet in the morning.

I would recommend avoid going there in daylight when there is much public already there instead of going there early in the morning to witness the fog show and fresh air.

Beautiful location from where you can see the whole nakki lake. Had climbed in the early morning just after the sunrise in summers. The stairs are a bit steep but you will love to trek.

This is a must go place in Mt. Abu. Don't give up by seeing the stairs, I promise you will find something out of box when you will reach up, infact you will frel like you are on a different rocky planet (please be careful and watch the kids as it is sloppy up there).The Toad Rock and the view of lake and other side from the will mesmerize you. The stairs needs some maintenance as it makes it riskey for senior people.

Must go when you are in Abu.
20-30 minutes steps/hike to the top.
Very beautiful view.

Specially enjoyable when it’s cloudy because you would be inside fog and when it clears you get to see lake down below it’s mesmerizing experience.

View is good and natural . Toad Rock is located nearby Nakki Lake, It is a huge rock structure, which resembles a toad(frog). Number of steps to reach this place: 293

Amazing place near lake nakki. One will feel deep calmness here. Here is a sunset point also.

Beautiful place. Climbed in morning in summers. It was amazing feeling amidst the clouds, rock surrounded by Nakki Lake on one side and valley on other side. Beautiful scenery.

One of the finest locations in mount Abu view from the top is amazing. One can get an incredible view of Nakki lake and all the surroundings hills. Great place for adventure lovers as it is on a height and climbing up to the top almost fills like trekking. The place has a mini stall offering snacks and hot beverages (specially, Tea). Place can be consider best for picnic as well with family or friends.

View from the top is just amazing. But u need to climb too many stairs to reach.

This is an amazing view point. This was the best place to visit in Mount-Abu.

It took little efforts to go up through rough roads and stairs but it was totally worth the pain.

We went here with group of friends and loved the view from the top. It has beautiful rocks around and from the top you can look at the beauty of nature and the amazing nakki lake.

The wonder of Nature and a must-visit when you are in Mount Abu. You need to climb up a good number of stairs to reach the top and upon reaching the top, you can see the whole of Mount Abu. We were lucky enough to see the clouds up close when we reached the top. This is place is so good with no entry ticket or anything.

One thing which I didn't like about this place was how dirty this place of becoming by the waste thrown by the tourists there. Wrappers of Chips and biscuits, Plastic Bottles and Scribbling on the Toad rock etc made me kinda not feel good about this place. We should keep such beautiful places neat and clean for ur coming generation to enjoy them as well.

Wow it's just amazing view from Toad rock

It's just small trek from nakki lake and it's just awesome in morning walking Good view. Close proximity to city Center.
But if you visit other places in mount abu you may feel that all rocks have different shapes and they are beautiful in thr own way

One of the important peaks in Mt. Abu
I visited early in the morning to see the sun rise, and the experience was so beautiful.
I started my day in Mt. Abu from here, saw the sunrise from Toad Rock, and sat there for a while.
And then go for a walk near Nakki Lake.
and then visit Honeymoon Point. and other attractive points.

One of the best place in Mount abu. Don't miss this place. View from the above is awesome. You can see nakki Lake and hill view. There are some stairs to climb. No tickets you have to purchase it's free of cost. You can visit any time

It's most popular place for tourists, It's a big rock somewhat looking like a sitting frog. There are steps to climb, When we are over there, the sight seeing places including Nakki lake are looking tremendous.

It is one of the few must visit places of Mount Abu. You need to climb about a hundred plus steps but the view is really breathtaking. Carry your own food but don't leave any garbage.

The climb might seem long and tiring but when you reach the top there's a small shop where they make Maggie. The view, the chilling winds, the light sun plus the hot Maggie with some tea or coffee makes the experience remarkable while you sit down with your partner on the rocks and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Even the lake is completely visible from the top.

You will enjoy walking way to Toad Rock. It is around the lake and after few steps you will start climbing stairs. Morning time will be best for Toad Rock. You will see a huge Rock which looks like Toad Rock and also you will see mountains there and you will enjoy the view of the Lake and the City.
