Rock Garden Water Fall point

The Rock Garden (also known as Barbotey Rock Garden) at Chunnu Summer Falls and Ganga Maya Park are One of the Best site seeing point in Darjeeling..

The garden is about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) from Darjeeling. While proceeding from the town along Hill Cart Road, one has to turn right, well before reaching Ghum. The road descends rapidly into the valley. With sharp bends all the way, there are scenic views at many points. Tea gardens dot the hill slopes.

Constructed by the Gorkha Hill Council Tourism Department, this garden offers a beautiful view of a hill stream cascading over rocks along the slope, done up with flower gardens and sitting spaces at different levels. There also is a small lake. With tourists pouring in large numbers, tea shops and snack kiosks have come up.

Very nice waterfall near Darjeeling town. The road was OK, but the panoramic view on the was was really impressive. Very nice place to spent time with green nature. One can also climb little uphill along the waterfall. It is also a very good place for kids.

Bloomfield waterfall point is located a bit away from the Darjeeling town itself. The roads are stiff but adventurous which can provide immense pleasure while driving.

The place was fantastic spare 3 hours easily here, peace place, go with your family and friends enjoy the scenery of this place. If you good stamina you can go uphill to see the water fall point. You will get Maggie momos stall outside the rock garden. There is ticket of Rs 20/- per person to visit inside rock garden.

Nice view and good for photography. Must visit once on your trip. On the way to rock garden you will get mesmerizing view of kangcenjunga hill & tea garden.

This is a adventurous place , sitting bars are there , gardens are there , different types of flowers are there , different and huge shapes of rocks are there and a little beautiful waterfall is there , awesome and nice place , that's called a perfect place for our peace of mind , that's all. 😀

Excellent place to visit. Of course the road to rock garden has many pot holes and is shaky.But the sharp cuts and steep dives are crazy, adventurous and thrills. Can't miss.

There is a water fall. You can enjoy scenic beauty here. You can have feelings of natural garden within rock. There are long chairs to take rest. It's a good place for photography. Also in the way to reach here you can see the Tea Garden.

Rock garden is one of the 7 places I chose for my short 2 day short trip to Darjeeling! The sheer amount of cold and beauty this place has cannot be explained by words! As a Bangladeshi person I was in aww visiting a and seeing this place by my own eye! I'll be sure to come back here and visit if I come to Darjeeling again!

Very Beautiful waterfall, one of the best attraction of Darjeeling

Place is good. Rs. 20 charge per person, it is a small trekking garden with Waterfall, parking and food stall available outside garden. But highly recommended to visit this place by car instead of two wheeler located because roads are declining

Rock Garden waterfall is a small perennial waterfall that is famous for cascading water and small bridges along the height of the waterfall. Best time to visit this place is in the morning as this place is way below the foot of the hills and it gets really dark rather earlier than the other places of Darjeeling. You have to book a private taxi to reach this place
