Had a wonderful experience.
Everything is excellent - the place, the service, the staff, the food, the rooms, the ambience.
Mahru ji is a superb host and helps you with all the required details.
The location of the hotel is great, it is well connected with the near by city spots.
I had a superb experience. I happened to be there during my birthday and the team made feel really special with all their efforts.

Very well maintained and clean hotel. Polite and humble staff. Restaurant has a great fort view. Value for money.

Having no idea what to expect, I was blown away with the hospitality and warmth shown to us. The rooms, hotel, views of the fort are amazing. It's clean & quiet but close to everything you want to see. The host Maru is wonderful - Family! Definitely tag on the Helsinki Desert Camp experience. I will definitely go back.

The Helsinki House is located near to the Jaisalmer Fort, thus city exploring is an easy access. Also the entire experience of staying in the hotel was warm and good. The staff is very helpful. The ambience from its terrace is something one must not miss.

Easily the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Rajasthan and some of them were global 5-stars and yet they paled before the whole vibe of Helsinki House and the overall hospitality offered. The room was beautifully done, luxurious and spacious with top notch cleanliness. The entire hotel building was gorgeous from every angle. Would like to drop a special thanks to Mr. Maru for arranging our sightseeing and trip to their desert camp. Would highly recommend this place for a sojourn when in Jaisalmer.

Delighted that the hotel justified the pictures we saw. Couldn't stop smiling how clean, and fresh the whole environment was. The rooms were brilliant and authentic. Really happy we came here. Would be coming back again

Hotel has a very charming, rustic appeal. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast spread could have been better. Overall it’s a decent place

It was surprise when we opened the door. Perfectly designed rooms. Aura from reception to room was good. Roof top view of Fort was spectacular. Staff was supportive & have very good courtesy.

Super Hotel, very helpful host,was able to arrange taxis to and from the airport. I recommend this place for the luxury of the room, the good food in the restaurant and the amazing sunset on the rooftop.

New property and very nicely made. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice. This is definitely a better stay as compared to the tents which are far less comfortable and overpriced. Definitely suggest this stay in Jaisalmer.

Very spacious rooms done tastefully...Maru will look after you like a house guest and Imdad is the best person at the restaurant...the chef is from Jharkhand and makes the best laal Maas you've had...

As senior citizens also we had very warm welcome...comfortable stay, caring staff and even owners....healthy and delicious food..

Good place to stay, we stayed for 3 nights with family. Rooms are comfortable with ample seating in bedrooms in addition to comfy beds. Food is cooked in home style. Do not expect fancy food.

Staff is cordial.

Few things to mention for improvement
- do something about pigeons in the roof, they interfere with seating on the ledge seats.
- bathrooms need some improvement like having a partition for the shower area.
- how about adding a small ladder so guests can walk in the open area behind the parking

Overall a comfortable stay.
Could visit again if travel to Jaisalmer.

We loved whatever the property arranged for our two night stay (one in room and another in desert camp). Food was good and attractions are nearby. Really kind host. All the arrangements cultural show, dune bashing and camel riding were enjoyable and went as planned!!!! Loved our time @ Jaisalmer mainly because of Hotel Helsinki.. ❤
