Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer

The stay at Swan Haveli was really great. The hotel had a good ambiance, and the rooftop dining option provided city views. The indoor dining area was equally good. While the food prices were towards the higher side, the food quality was good.

One thing to note is the absence of a parking lot. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall positive aspects of the hotel, including its rooftop dining and indoor ambiance, make it a worthwhile choice for a memorable stay in Jaisalmer.

We arrived there by chance and stayed for 5 nights. Nice rooms, great rooftop restaurant with sunset views and plentiful breakfasts. Best of all were the friendly staff who could not have been more helpful. Best place we've ever stayed in India.

I had an amazing experience with Hotel Swan Haveli. They not only provided us with a fantastic room service but also arranged all our rides to Sam Desert and the rest of our journey. They truly prioritized our needs and ensured our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend their exceptional service!

Visited last week. Nice experience. We were allotted a room in the ground floor. As we said we wanted a room with windows they gave us room no.302. A big room with big windows and plenty of light and air. Electric kettle, glass were available. Behavior of the staff was good. No complaints. Manager was also good. Made sure we didn't have any problem. Breakfast was in our package. Food price at Swan Haveli is on the higher side. Parking not available. Had a nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Jaisalmer hotel. The hospitality and service were exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the view of the city from the hotel was breathtaking. I also enjoyed the delicious local cuisine at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, a memorable experience that made my visit to Jaisalmer truly special. Highly recommended…

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from Jaisalmer's historic attractions. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which added to the charm of the place. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, providing a stunning setting to watch the sunset over the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort. I can't thank the staff enough for making my stay here so enjoyable. If I ever return to Jaisalmer, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again..::❤❤❤❤

I was disheartened to see the reviews after having my rooms already booked through MMT. I was skeptical and wasn’t sure.
Read the long review in whole as trying to make it pure and honest for all.
I spoke to the manager there ,Mr Narayan before coming and he politely answered and helped with all my queries. He booked a pick up for us from airport before hand. Location was great and at walking distance to all the visiting points. Breakfast had limited options ( the included meals in plan) but they were yumm. Lunch and dinner was beyond the expectations. Too good. Staff was quick and prompt.
Answering to previous bad reviews, my luggage was transferred to my room before even asking, room was cleaned every time I requested, got 2 extra pillows and blankets on asking.
So now coming to some negative ones , as per the other people’s review yes rooms were not great, linens and curtains were stained , breakfast options were minimal and amenities were basic.washrooms were clean and in very good conditions .My stay was quite comfortable because of staff and food. We infact extended our booking with one day and got a customised tour for desert activities till 10 pm by the hotel staff only. Not only this, our flight was at 5 so we extended our check out time without being questioned.
Tip for the hotel: I would definitely recommend your hotel and appreciate your service. Kindly spend some efforts on changing bed linens, curtains, sofa -table covers in terrace and basic amenities like green tea milk powder etc in room.
Except these few, location-food-service-staff was great and was very comforting. I m writing this review to give an honest look out for others planning to go.

Our stay experience was really good at Swan Haveli, the rooms are big and very clean. The interiors of the hotel is good and the fort view from their rooftop restaurant is amazing. Moreover, the service provided by Narayan was really great, he tried to make us as comfortable as possible. Would definitely come back here.

Swan hotel is a very good property. Experience is awesome. Staff is also very good and supportive, calm and friendly. This is safe place to stay over here. From hotel all place are nearby means walk-in distance like Jaisalmer fort, patwa havel, local market. Best service is pick up facility is available. Rooftop area is also awesome and enjoy alot. Food is also best and service is also great. Without any dout we can stay here. Giving five star for all activities. I genuinely recommend this hotel. I will definitely visit again, if in future I will come again.

I had one of my favorite stays with my parents in this hotel.. Entire hotel is beautiful with an amazing roof top restaurant.. All staffs are so nice, well mannered and professional.. They took extra care of my parents and made sure we stay comfortably and feel like home.. Foods were delicious.. Browny point for their behavior.. Strongly recommend this property to future visitors..

Swan Hotel is best hotel for room service and pickup and drop facility also available and location is best all round in city, all facilities are available here . Staff service also good, helpful. Awesome hotel.l definitely recommend that we can stay here safely.
