Ripple Waterfalls

One place u should NOT miss in Munnar. It's a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of nature. With less water, u can even play in it. During rainy season, I guess it will be a treat to watch the flowing and gushing river here. Fish Spa is also available in this location. Plenty of options to have snacks, tender coconut and juices. Not much food available here though. Do visit and enjoy ur trip to Munnar 😍

Access road is best. U can go by your car. Apr 24 visited. Water is available. Zipline is good 500 per person. Snacks shop available. Bath eat bath lovers will enjoy. Rocky floor so one should take bath carefully. With less water flowing this place is ideal for family including ladies. Toilet and dress change rooms available. Well maintained. Kerala tourism owned facility. Security personnel available. No issues at all. 7 am to 6 pm. But evening time water will be warm. Must visit place. No waiting time as we were in the peak summer. Water falls entry fee 25 per person.

We reached the waterfall in a jeep. So while we were outside, there were so many jeep safari people outside waiting for us.

They wanted to take us on a jeep ride and show everything around.

So we selected one, and then that person took 4k Rs from us for two people. He also accommodated our driver in the trip.

The jeep safari was extremely adventurous. We went inside the village, waterfalls and so much more.

Wildlife, nature, Greenery, water and so much more. It was a roller coaster jeep safari, enjoyed a lot. And then from there they took us to this waterfall. But unfortunately during the summer season the waterflow wasn't that good.

But overall the place was so beautiful and the ride was awesome.

It was a well maintained waterfall, in the normal season you can have a bath, play with the water, and have your picture clicked. There is a couple zipline facility available with photoshoot. There are small shops too for quick drink and snacks along with little souvenir and kids toy store.. Have a visit and enjoy with your partner, family or friends 😄

Beautiful place. You can go for Zip lining and enjoy the panoramic view of the place. We went there in January. That’s why there was less water in the fall. You have to walk few steps to reach the bottom of the waterfall and enjoy the view.

We can perform Zip ride here which is 500 per person. They can provide Pics & Vedios which is of additional charges. Recommended to visit during rainy season for better view of waterfalls. Be cautious with kids as there are deep walk through with steps and hard rocks. Recommended for couple as picnic spot.

It's a beautiful place to visit especially after rainy seasons . When it is full of water it will be more beautiful. Zip line is also available. We need to walk a little to see the waterfalls but it will be fantastic.

We stayed in the Cochin direction which is 10 kms away from city centre and we found this place when we searched for nearest attraction . It’s worth visiting and well maintained water falls . Entry fees you need to pay and you are not allowed to bath in this place .

Nice small water falls. Usually safari vahicle take this place. Not recomended to drive individual vahicle. Nice to enjoy nature..

One of the best places to visit in Munnar. Your commercial vehicle is not allowed. Only private cars are allowed to visit these places. Alternatively, you have to hire a Jeep safari which is charged 3000 Rupees. It was a worth visiting place. Purely a natural beauty with purity. We also visited Eco Point, Hill top view and Dam.

While in transit to Munnar for our vacation, our driver recommended two waterfalls along the way. Interestingly, he mentioned that Ripple Waterfall, although less frequented, was worth the half-hour detour. We decided to seize the opportunity for a unique experience, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The waterfall was simply breathtaking, and the fact that it remained relatively untouched ensured a serene and picturesque environment. This hidden gem is undoubtedly a must-visit destination

I went there in the first week of July. It was raining all around and the stream was very high but still the place was open and safe for the visitors. This place has a Zipliner which goes across the river. You'll get a good view from there. Zipline costs ₹500 per person (for two ways).

It’s a beautiful location with a little walkway leading to the waterfall. Serene and calm place.

Great spot for a family outing. The views of the river were great, and the zipline experience was great as well. We bought several things from the shops there as souvenirs as well as for utility. The cafe at the entrance was also very good. Good food, along with a great collection of coffee, tea, spice, and other local products.

Really beautiful location, nice waterfall, if you like the height you can go on a zip wire ride..

Very beautiful place, waterfalls are amazing.
We went by jeep to see Ripple waterfall and got mesmerised with the view, one of the best waterfalls seen in india.

You are not allowed to take bath in this waterfall so no point carrying clothes, you can just watch it from distance but stills it’s worth a visit.
