It's a very beautiful place, the service is professional and very loving. Food excellent. Room very cosy and clean. This hotel is a must for everyone. We enjoyed every bit of our stay by the warm n welcoming by the host. Excellent service.

Good stay. Good food and great hospitality. When we stayed, we had power outages frequently, that was a problem. When power goes off, the phone in the room will also stop working. We went with the kids, so we feel kid friendliness could be improved.

Beautiful place to refresh your mind and body! It’s a big cardamom plantation site with cottages built at multiple points. Though there is a steep climb, the resort provides jeeps for guests to drop them at their cottages. For birdwatchers, this property provides ample scope for bird photography. At least 25-30 species of birds were spotted by me in one session of birding in the morning. The food is good though less variety of options. Staff is always ready to make your experience delightful with their warm smiles. Wonderful place to rejuvenate with family and friends!

Our stay at SPI Resort was great thanks to the amazing staff and fantastic resort amenities. The resort itself was well-maintained, offering a range of enjoyable facilities and services. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience memorable, and the well-maintained facilities created a relaxing atmosphere. However, the food prices were a bit high, affecting overall value. Despite this, the hotel offers a pleasant experience that could be enhanced with more affordable dining options.

It was a great experience to visit here. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. Candle light dinner was awesome .. they made it very special for us.. it's was so aesthetic and romantic. We enjoyed it a lot. How they decorate room and the cake specially was top notch 👌 I think one should visit here if you are visiting kerala. ❤

Best place to stay if you are planning for munnar, situated in the laps of mountain this hotels is calm, comfy and refreshing surrounded by nature. They provide delicious food and the best service. The staff is so nice with always a smile on their face and ready to assist you and provides the best hospitality.

I never expected that we will get such best service, resort is situated in valley dense forest and river running in front, mountain view fantastic, Property Manager Srijeet and his entire team is excellent on service part, they had taken care of small things we requested them use groundnut oil for food preparation and they agreed, food quality is excellent and entire resturant staff is fabulous, they had given fantastic service for both days Gala dinner with campfire, most important there conference room is well equipped with power back up, wifi, sound system, projector, screen everything is available with service, rooms are excellent from view point, spacious and each room is different, there Tree house rooms are one of rare and one must try, I found this resort excellent for business & family stay both, Property is big and children and yelders can enjoy in swimming pool, front desk team is so good and taken care of all small small things guest requested, Mr Srijeet Property Manager is so flexible and easily available on phone and physically whenever you required, I will recommend this property very strongly, Thanks once again to Team Southern Panorama Indriya Resort for making our tour memorable

Nice large rooms, beautiful panoramatic view from the balcony. Food was also very good and personal was absolutely nice and ready fulfill all our wishes. You can see kardamon plants directly in the resort.

I visited this place for my babymoon. It was extremely comfortable. The hospitality of the staffs are commendable. Food was really good. We had a pleasant and calm trip with this property. Will certainly come back. If you are looking for a calm and serene stay, then this would be an apt choice.

It was a pleasant stay with Southern Panorama Indriya Resort... We thoroughly enjoyed the stay... The room prices are affordable with the amenities.. We chose a pool villa where we have an individual pool in the room that was well maintained... If you wanna enjoy the stay with a pool you can go for this...The room was spacious for a family.. The pleasant environment makes you calm... The staff here are friendly and always make sure of our comfort.. My overall experience was excellent.
