Pros = I utilized Angel Cab Service during my travels, and I must say, Mr. Subimon, our driver, made the experience exceptional. He was not just a driver but a good-natured, well-mannered, and knowledgeable companion who supported us in every aspect of our journey. His dedication and efforts truly made our trip memorable.

Cons = I believe Angel Cab Service could improve its payment terms. Charging 100% upfront upon pickup is not aligned with the industry standard I've experienced during my travels across India. Typically, payments are made in batches, with the final portion(20%) settled upon completion of the journey. This approach ensures fairness and flexibility for customers.

Reason for 5 stars = Despite this payment concern, I have to commend Mr. Subimon and his exceptional service, which merits a 5-star review. I hope Angel Cab Service considers adjusting its payment terms to better align with customer expectations in the future.

Excellent service, worth the money. I booked a cab for a 4-night, 5-day trip, and the price was reasonable for a good car. Anwar, our assigned driver, significantly improved our experience. He felt more like a friend than a driver, guiding us to interesting places, happily taking photos, and providing insightful information about each location. It is my honour to write this review. I found angel cabs randomly via google search and I am thrilled to say that we were lucky enough. I have travelled across different continents and I must admit that this is one of the best experiences we have had. Arun bhai had been so humble and helped us with everything (we were 3 ladies visiting for 3 days).We trusted all his suggestions and we are glad that we did and made most of our trip. He took us to the best places in Munnar (not usual to majority of the tourists) with breathtaking views; food, spa, and shopping at best. Always on time and very accommodating with everything. He made us feel like home and as if he is a part of our family. Please do not pay attention to any negative comments as people are very opinionated and clearly have no idea. Without any doubt, take services from Angel cabs and you will never regret. One of the reason our trip was extremely comfortable is because of Arun bhai. We have covered Munnar and Alleppey as a 4 nights trip that too in a rainy season and Mr. laiju (cab service) made us feel the ride jitter smooth. We went for a trip to Munnar and the driver from Angel cabs was amazing he took us through all the places where we wanted. Also my kid had puked couple of times inside the car, however the driver kept his calm and did not even show anything on his face. The trip was enjoyable and amazing only because of the wonderful driver. The only thing which can be improved is the air conditioning in the car. However this doesn’t matter after all when everything else is so so good.

Felt like I made one of the best decisions of my life to hire my ride from Munnar Angel Cabs for my kerala trip. Since we had no prior knowledge or any local connection in Kerala, I opted for this option but was little concerned before coming here. But the level of local guidance, service and cooperation I received from them, made me feel as if my extended family was already waiting for me in Kerala.
We were fortunate enough to get Mike as our cab driver/guide/companion for the journey. The level of concern and dedication he has for the customers simply blew us off. Right from day one to the last day, he always tried to go an extra mile to make sure that we get the best experience in Kerala. Be it hills of munnar or the backwaters of Allepey, it felt like we were his own family and it was his mission to make sure that we shouldn't miss even the smallest part of the journey.
Even though one expects the ride partner to just pick and drop at all agreed locations, he even went ahead every time and every place to arrange other things like getting jeep booked for the safari, the elephant ride, etc.
His level of care and cooperation went to further lengths when I got a small injury while riding a bicycle in Thekkady. He was quick and informed enough to get me to a good church based hospital quickly and made sure that I get the first aid & treatment done without any delay. He stood there with us at every step like a friend or a family member. At Kochi, he showed no sign of discomfort to go back when my wife forgot her mobile phone at a previous far away place. He even ensured us that if we don't find it now, he will find it later and will courier it to us.
What I believe is that everybody has their own experiences when it comes to visiting some new place. But one thing that I can surely vouch for is that if the place you plan to visit is Kerala, Angel Cabs is the only solution to your travel concerns here. Simply said, book a journey with them and all you have to do is just enjoy the trip because everything apart from that will be taken care of like a family.

Arun was great! Our trip from Munnar to Vagamon via Idukki lake was beautiful. Arun drove carefully, was happy to stop for us to take photos and buy bananas, and he pointed out interesting fauna and flora on the way.
Really responsive when I asked for a quote for the journey at short notice, and recommended the right size car for our party. All round good experience, and I would recommend!

We used Angel Cabs for our Munnar 3 day trip. Our driver/guide for the trip was Mike (Mikdad) and it was a superb experience as he not only suggested and took us to great scenic places but also made us feel comfortable going to whichever out of the itinerary places we wanted to try. He was also flexible with the timings (early in the day around 3.30 AM) required for certain points we wanted to do. Mike was definitely one of the great guides we could possibly get!

Awesome experience and budget friendly. We planned for Munnar and Kolukkumalai. Driver Shijo was very friendly, polite and had a very good idea of the places there. He made us cover maximum number of places and in a very comfortable manner.
