We stayed at the basecamp and enjoyed our time so much ! The camp view and grounds are gorgeous. The drive to Kolukkumalai is short.
Murali was an amazing host, helping us with everything and feeding us delicious food !!
Vishnu was very helpful with all the planning and arranging transportation for us when we needed.
He was also responsive to all my questions before coming to India at all times.
All in all highly recommended if you would love to spend sometime with nature!!

What an amazing place it is .. we were unlucky because of fog however it's good though . Had a wonderful experience. it is small but still it's good tbh. Iam attaching some pics of the place

We were a group of four, put in two tents. Had a pleasant stay, and the off road jeep drive to Kolukkumalai was worth it, though we couldn't catch the sunrise because of the fog. Apparently, March-April is the best season to visit there. Still, the weather was very cool and perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff at the campstay were courteous and pleasant. They answered all our queries politely and offered the best possible service within their limited resources. They served good food (unlimited) for dinner (Chap, chicken, rice, dal, rasam) and breakfast (unlimited - bread, idly, dosa, sambar, chutney, tea) & had black tea throughout the day. Camp stays like these come with limitations, like common bathrooms (clean though).. but it's perfect for a budget friendly stay. The gorgeous view is an added bonus.

Stayed there for a day, good hospitality. We went in weekday, so only we were at campsite, great view. Went for sunrise view to kolukummulai peak, definitely worth it. Should stay here, for peace and calm place to observe nature. Food was very good. Wifi was also there, so no issue in connectivity.

Great hospitality and an amazing bunch of people. They make you feel comfortable and are totally willing to help you in anyway possible just so that you can have a wonderful stay. I had an upset stomach and a slight fever by the time I reached the camp but they were if great help and provided me with some meds and tablets.

The view from the camp is a different story and the place itself is a location good enough to spend with your loved ones. Breakfast and dinner was good. Definitely 5 stars for this amazing team 🥂

Best sun rise view point. Only permitted jeeps allowed inside the tea estate. Fixed rate for each jeep. Usually crowded during weekends and holidays.
