Great taxi service, operator spoke good English, competitive prices, was half the price of the one my hotel was going to order me. Managed to get me a taxi from Munnar to kochi last minute, had a great driver who was happy to stop a couple of times on route.would definitely use again, 5 star service.

we were so happy with the driver Libin. Very Calm and helpful person and he understood our plan properly and helped us to cover all areas in Munnar.

Libin recommended us excellent places to eat, Ayurveda messages, Kathakali dance and shopping. He will always be there for any help and communicated with the locals with ease, which left us with other things to focus on.

On our last day, he made the tedious effort to help us carry our luggage to the airport platform . We feel very safe when we are travelling with him.

Overall, if you are travelling as a family, couple or lonely women travellers and you wish to visit Kerala or South India - this is a company I can put my money to say that they will deliver. Again if I am traveling to Kerala I will prefer chandu travels and obviously Driver Libin

I made a last moment booking with Taxi Munnar for my family and relatives and they were very happy with Mr. Simon who showed them around Munnar. He was very accomodative of their requests. We had had a very bad experience with taxis here in 2018, so I was skeptical , but thanks to Taxi Munnar for making everything smooth for the senior citizens involved!

Very good service. Talked to Mr Simi for booking. Mr Kannan was my driver for 4 days, he is a nice person and very good driver. The car we were provided with was Etios, it was old but in good condition, clean and smell free..
