Great service from Memories Holidays during my recent Kerala trip. Initially I just booked for taxi service from Trivandrum to Ponmudi. But seeing their professional and on time service, I decided to use their service for rest of my trips to Kovalam and Kanyakumari. Special credit to our driver Mr. Bigin. He has good knowledge on the tour spots and localities. He was very friendly, trustworthy, flexible to our needs and helpful in planning our trips. I was on one week tour to Trivandrum -> Kanyakumari -> Rameshwaram -> Madurai with my family including my senior citizen mother. I was worried if I would get a good and safe driver. Since all other drivers were on other duties, Biju himself turned up with ertiga. He served us so well that we were completely relaxed and enjoyed the trip. He drove safe and took care of my mother as well. His has good knowledge about the places which should be visited and good restaurants on the highways. So he made us visit a few more places which were not in our plan initially and turned out to be very good. Thank You once again Biju for making our trip so memorable. Faisal Bhaiya (the driver) was friendly and helpful and arrived promptly; the car was clean and comfortable; and the overall experience was smooth. They are very humble towards toddlers, as I went with my one-year-old son and experienced the same. Mr. Biju coordinated the driver assignment well, and he was in touch with us from booking to throughout the journey. I along with my wife had a great time traveling kerala with Memories Holidays, we visited Munnar, Varkala, Travancore, Kumarakom and kochi along with them. Cab driver also acts as Guide and they take special care, also they guide us with good Kerala foods.

Polite and customer friendly service, cabs were also clean. The driver was polite with the tourists plus knowledgeable on the sightseeings areas. Definitely recommended while visiting Trivandrum.

Had a lovely experience with memories holidays. We booked a cab for trivandrum to ashtamudi after looking at the reviews on google. The car was well maintained and driver vinod was excellent. He showed us other places too which we haven't opted for and they were so beautiful. He explained us about the tourism and local things of kerela and history of few places. These are also the best priced cabs compared to other travel agencies. I think we got the best deal and really good services. Can trust this agency if you are looking for a trip to kerela.
