Pick up point at Chennai is easy to locate. Bus started bang on time. Bus is neat and comfortable. Staff cooperative. So far journey good. Since our berths are in the last row, A/c is inadequate. I feel the engine heat is overpowering A/c cooling

Sharing my travel experirnce from Chennai to Bangalore 5.15 am Sleeper Bus today. Got a confirmation call at 4.45 am. Bus started sharp at 5.15 am and got dropped at 11.40 am at Ecity Bus Stop due to traffic. Provided clean blanket, water bottle and biscuits. 20 minute coffee break. Thank you team. Highly recommended morning service.

I have seen all negative reviews, and still, I preferred to book on this bus for my wife and son from chennai to Bangalore
Believe me, they operated their bus on time and reached their destination earlier
The good thing is that they provide snacks along with a water bottle
And during journey they collected the trash
And kept their interior clean at all times

There is no mobile charging port inside the bus.

It was great experience travelling in RKK travels. It had inclined chairs, leg recliner, head rest and munching snacks. It is worth trying it

The bus service to Chennai was commendable, with timely arrivals.

However, in the case of sleeper coaches, there are a few areas for improvement. Specifically, it would be beneficial for RKK buses to have closed sleeper cabins instead of curtains. Additionally, the lack of support for passengers to get up or sit in the sleeper coach poses a safety concern. There is a risk of passengers falling down while sleeping if the bus encounters potholes or sudden jolts. These aspects should be addressed to enhance the overall comfort and safety of the passengers.

The bus got cancelled due to breakdown and I immediately received a message... when I called them up, they quickly allotted an alternate bus... the bus was in very good condition and the journey was pretty smooth... it was a seamless experience overall 👍

Small office hard to find at first time . But the service is very clean and their buses are also really good 💯.

Good, the only travels I am using always in Chennai Bangalore route

On time departure, interiors were clean n tidy . Bed , bedsheets n pillow were clean. Snacks n water bottle bottles provided were good. Restrooms they stopped were excellent n very very clean . They reached the destination before time n finally the staffs behaviour were excellent.

Service was good and on time pickup & arrival.
Return trip was cancelled by RKK at the last minute due to non availability of buses. Due to this, all my plans collapsed and could reach my home with 4 hours delay.

Smooth driving. Left on-time and reached on-time. Driver and cleaner were polite. Comfortable semi-sleeper coach.
