Truly an amazing experience with the most enchanting ambience. It transports you totally to the hammam experience, seems surprising to have something like this an hour away from Mumbai. Completely a must have experience. Staff is courteous and experienced in what they are doing. Will visit again surely.

We stayed at Shilp for a friend’s bachelorette and had the most amazing time! The staff is very warm and helpful, the rooms and the spa are stunning and very spacious. We had a super time and can’t wait to be back to be pampered again!

Had food at the restaurant and saw the property and used Spa services and Mr Avinash was very polite and hospitable. Loved the experience.

It was an incredible and soothing experience at the spa—relaxing, luxurious, with highly skilled and professional therapists. We opted for the 60-minute body massage and the signature Turkish hamam, and it was truly amazing! A special thanks to Ching and Machhan for their excellent hammam services throughout the session, and to Queen at the reception for her kindness and helpfulness.

Very very good hotel one of the best rooms in mumbai weekend gateway. This is worth visiting . For kids there are many pet animals too. Spa is the best. They have Hamam bath Turkish Moroccan spa bath, one of the best experiences ever till date. Boita and Bella in spa are very good experiences . banty , Mayur are very good experience person in hotel. Hotel is like a heritage luxury palace, our room had a small pvt pool too.

Beautiful place and amazing service! We opted for the hammam spa and it was truly better than the ones we got done at Turkey. The staff was well trained and the interiors were breathtaking. Overall a superb experience. The personnel who handle the bookings over the phone are quite rude though (apart from being complacent) and answer the phone with a 'ya tell me' instead of a courteous 'hello, how may i help you' - so don't get put off my that.

We really enjoyed the experience and therapist chinj is really very good made me very comfortable and she is very calm and experienced.
