Perhaps one of the best gyms in Kamothe. Nitin sir guides newcomers well as regards exercises, proper posture, diet plan and more importantly tells them if they are doing an exercise in the wrong way.
The gym is spacious, the ambience is positive and the members are friendly. It's been only 2 weeks but I can sense the change within my body. I have lost 3 kgs, gained mass and built endurance.
The air-conditioning is just right and the machines are well oiled and relatively new.
If membership fees are a concern, rest assured it's definitely a bang for your money. Try it for yourself and maybe you could decide. Highly recommended for those who want to gain some power in their body.

Body power is really a premium gym at a affordable price in this area. Nitin sir (the trainer) knowledge about maintaining good health and communication is really helping out alot. He guides about form and various gym exercises. He motivates to push your limits as well as keeps you in check .In addition to fitness he also knows about nutrition and diet plan. It is an wholesome experience for a beginner.

Very good very equipped gym for beginners as a beginner it's my 20th day in the gym and my overall physique is improved all the staff members are supportive and I would specially mention about Mr Nitin Sir he is the best trainer he is always full of energy and enthusiastics in nature he always motivate you to push more in your workout and makes your each workout very memorable ❤ .
