It is one of the famous Mariamman temple in Madurai. Friday and Tuesday are auspicious here. Currently Aadi month festivals are celebrated in a Grand manner. Usually has a long queue during Friday. Very good parking place and waiting area around the temple. Nice place to visit with family.

Due to this pandemic situation children and aged people are not allowed inside the temple. We can't worship all the Gods situated at the surrounding. Only Mariamman we can worship. You can't light Deepam inside the temple. Flowers are accepted but it can be placed in a table and Deepam aaradhanai will also be placed on the table for public.
