A great place to visit, especially in the rainy season.
It gives an awesome view of the mountain and river.
Ticket cost is Rs 50 per person, parking is available and sitting area as well.
However no eating opinion.
You will love the view from here and if you comes in the rainy season then it's looks wonderful.

Many times I went Srisailam in a year twice I use to visit but I don't know this place .. I was shocked ...then I planned to visit with my Friends. At Octopus view point it was Amazing Atmosphere and Nature which I enjoyed lot their . There is no words to express more but ... Visit this place to enjoy Nature and don't expect anything in this place more expect Nature and views ...😍🤩😍🤩😊🤩😊🤩😊😊

Nature at its best. Its open from 9 am till 5 pm. Plan your trip accordingly so that you dont miss out.

Another gem of a view point. Take a turn from the middle of the forest, hardly 300m off-road into this amazing view.

Excellent view point...can sit down and observe the beauty of nature

A breathtaking view with an aura of tranquility. Cannot believe this place exists in India. This place looks its best during monsoon. Would recommend taking a book!

My only complaint is that there's a lot of garbage thrown around by us tourists. Please do not litter.

It was a surreal experience with a lot of calmness and peace in nature.
I went on a rainy day, the weather was sexy, blue and so smooth and the roads were filled with fog .
Aesthetical people will love this place!

Amazing view point, while the road to reach this view point is bumpy with huge rocks and single lane, but after you see the point forget the rest. Awesome

There is a dedicated gate where you would have to pay to get in. Good off roading of 300 mts till the parking area. You will be left with an amazing view where the mountain looks like an octopus with its tentacles reaching the Krishna river. You can take the bikes till the end.

A very good point to appreciate the wonderful nature. When I was there it was cloudy. With a Clear sky, it will be better.

The view is very beautiful. For bikes and cars you need to pay an amount.

Amazing View on the way to Srisailam. You have to take a small detour of around 700-800 mtrs to reach the view point and there is a forest check post at the entry to the view point. this 800mtr is complete off roading but there is parking place available near the view point for around 6-7 cars. View if the river is amazing. We have visited during May however I believe in the monsoons it will be breathtaking. 😍😍😍

A must visit place if you are planning for Srisailam. The view is awesome and greenery at August month ( we visited on Aug 2022). Krishna river is mind blowing and beautiful with plenty of water 💕

One caution- It’s been around 500 meter from main road and it’s a muddy road. Just be careful when you are visiting here.

Nice view point... can see a ariel view krishna river. It's silent when u do not have a company. No restrooms here. Hardly 200 meters from the main road.

Nice place, 10₹ per head and if you are taking vehicle 20₹ for 2 wheeler 50 for 4&4+ wheel. During monsoon some time they will close it

To come to this location you have to pay an entry fee.. 🎫
🛵 Two wheeler ₹ 20 & 🚘 Car ₹ 50 and 👨🏻 👩🏻 per person ₹ 10 charges.
From the gate to this point you have to drive 300 to 400 meters.
When you come here, the view in front is really picturesque 😍 Do visit at sunset time....

Entry fee 50rs for car.
Per adult 10rs.
Bumpy entry road but worth it.
Best time to visit is before noon as sun will be behind you for a better view of the octupus shaped hill, otherwise it will be full of haze in your eye.
Very steep hill better not be fancy taking selfies by standing at the edge. Enjoy the view. Dont litter.
