Shakthi tours is our lucky tour manager. Our last experience is Par8s+Swiss in its peak season in end-May, June 1st week. As usual, right from visa, help was very good, timely and more importantly very friendly. There is always a personal care which can never be expected in online/large travel companies. Care is very personal, with their executive/management just a dial away. Always weather becomes very conducive when we go through them, including our last May-June 2023 Paris+Swiss tour !! 😊

I will just say that Shakthi tours made our Thailand 🇹🇭 tour very very easy and amazing.
In 5 days we got the chance to see the maximum number of places we can it was too good we went to Tiger kingdom, phi phi island by big boats 🛥 where we can enjoy the beautiful views 💕, water park, dolphin show and more and we also have our own time in the evening everyday so we can just go to the nearest beach and famous Roads and Thai massages too!! Chennai - Pune - Mahableshwar - 2nd - 5th Feb. This was my second trip with Shakthi Tours & I must say the experience & satisfaction were unchanged after many years. Everything was arranged with clockwork precision right from the pick-up at Pune airport to the drop back. The car Toyota Glanza was very comfortable & the Driver Sandeep was courteous, polite, punctual with a steady/smooth driving style – 10/10. Le Meridian Mahableshwar, too good in every aspect & proved to show that the Marriott group excels in hospitality- 10/10. Mr.Parthiban of Shakthi Tours was proactive & kept checking with me via messages about our comfort & progress on the tour etc. – 10/10. Shakthi tours and travels planned a beautiful Europe trip incorporating the things we wanted to do as well. The whole trip was nothing but perfection, be it the vouchers for places we had to visit, travel passes, tour guides and all the other things. We never faced any problem during our trip. We were able to cover 4 countries in 20 days without missing anything important only because of their experience in such perfect planning. Any last minute confusion we had, was sorted by their team immediately. 5 stars for their service

The Dubai trip was well organized by Shakthi tours . The hotel was also good . The coordinator at Dubai coordinated well for all the site visits. All of us (10 adults plus 2 children) enjoyed the trip.

Recently my friend and I took a customized 18 days trip to Europe covering Switzerland, Venice, Florence, Italy, Rome, Nice, and Paris. It was such a wonderful trip because of Sakthi Tours and Travels. We had consulted many travel agencies before zeroing in on Sakthi. Unfortunately, all the other travel agents were not even prompt in their reply. Right from day one, Ms. Charanya coordinated very well. Her planning was excellent. She provided lots of advice and nuances but ultimately left the choice to us. We are tireless travelers and therefore did a lot of iterations in our planning. But she patiently listened to whatever we said and always came back with the best possible suggestion. The bookings were prompt and very well organized. We never felt out of place. It was such a smooth trip. We enjoyed all eighteen days without any hiccups. The entire team was very cooperative and took all initiatives right from arranging for Visas to all other bookings, etc. The team is so good that we are discussing our next International trip with them. They will be our tour operators in the future!
