We had a fantastic vacation experience with Madura Travels. We approached them quite close to the travel date, around 3-4 weeks before, and we had specific requirements - must be a relaxing holiday, beach destination, suitable for children and on specific dates to suit our schedules. So they gave us good options with accurate cost estimates. The best thing is that the packages are all-inclusive, so that once we reach the destination almost everything is already paid for and we don't have to spend much foreign exchange out of pocket (except for food, shopping and other personal expenses). Katherine, our travel agent from Madura Travels, was extremely helpful in every way. She gave us detailed agenda and instructions for every day. She was constantly available for queries/doubts, even while were at the destination, to make some clarifications on the cabs, etc. We are able to relax better knowing that everything is under control and sorted out.

First of all hats off to this company! Excellent and efficient planning. I literally slept every night with no tension thinking about how my next day will be. Superb rooms and hotel bookings. Since it was my kids first vacation once she is grown up she had the bestest time ever! The whole itinerary was customised with her in mind.

Katherine from the team would check after every destination and every night if things were fine. She helped me right from the itinerary to bookings and not to forget she was in touch till I got back home.

I will come back again for all my travel needs and I will definitely recommend this place for a hassle and worry free vacay plans!

We had booked a Singapore Tour Package with Madura Travel Service (P) Ltd and had the greatest experience. I had planned our trip with my husband and kids and we had the best of time. Mr. Sriharan Balan had personally suggested some new experiences like the Ice Cream Museum, Sky helix which i didn't find in any other Itinerary given by other companies. The had perfectly organized all the protocols and arrival declaration which helped us clear boarding and immigration at ease.

I have experienced a splendid international trip to bali with help of madura tarvels for our honeymoon.. the response ,arrangements above all the stay which they have arranged for us was tremendous.. considering that this is my first international trip and seeing flight for first time 🤪 it was so awseome..
