Super cool place to see wide variety of specimens

Peaceful and totally worth exploring here. Have so much to do here - zoo, museum, children's park, cafeteria.
Clean and well maintained parks. Also contains e-toilet and normal toilet facilities.

Zoo contains different varieties of species. In the reptiles section, the new one is ANACONDA, I think.

I love this place. Have so many this to explore here and make a day relaxing ❤

you can book mask is compulsory while entering, if you are carrying plastic bottle then you have to deposit 20 Rs after returning you will get it back

Beautiful and very well maintained zoo and museum.. Everywhere is hygiene.. full of greenery..

We went to see the paintings of Raja Ravi Varma. A ticket counter just outside sells tickets but it is only for the zoo. No signboards about this. The renovated arts gallery is fabulous, paintings are life-like. The illumination control system in the first floor hall is yet to be operational, so wait a few more days.

A good place in Tvm to chill with friends ,family and partners,and its a peaceful place .

It's so beautiful place. We can see variety of different species. It's most satisfying place with only 20 rupees ticket.

It is good for children and should take your kids there to see lots of animals and birds.

Great place to hangout with friends and family. Located right in the middle of the city. Also onam celebration is the best time to be here. Lots of programs held here during onam. Lots of crowd too.

One of the best zoos in Kerala. Never expected that this place has Ostrich (Fire chicken😉), Tigers, Cheetahs , Anacondas, The bahubali type Buffalos (Small ones), tortoises with different shields, an entire hall for snakes and lot more different animals that we usually get to see in the movies.
Kids will definitely love this place.

A good place to spend time

One of the best places to spend a great time with your family and friends from the hustle and bustle urban life. Located in the heart of the city in a very posh environment.
As soon as you enter you feel the presence of the nature and the wild life sanctuary. Which further pushes you to feel that exotic experience and explore the beauty of the flora and fauna in the habitat.
You get to experience and explore some really cool looking, interesting and rear species of exotic birds, animals and other creatures.
All in all its a wonderful experience with lots of fun, love and emotions.
The only drawback is that during peak days or seasons it would be quite difficult to experience that relaxed and smooth moment. oh yes and the parking to can be a bit of a problem during heavy peak hours or days.

The place reminds of a world which was a dream for a nature lover like me.though the place lies in the middle of the city it is untouched by the visible impurities. Like a green lungs it provide the serenity to the soul and shade to the city folks admist the concrete jungle.the visit is very economical as the charge is 20 rupees per person . It rejuvenates the eyes and the mind by detachment from the electronic mediums. Through the strict negation to plastics inside the premises authorities are trying hard to maintain the zoo sans pollution. As a day hangout it offers a space which assures silence and happiness. Though the animals in cages is not a great liberal idea of entertainment , the place provides you with occasion for a recollection of memories And a platform to get fascinated by the nature and the species that made this world lively .

Great place to hangout with friends n Family. Location is easily accessible. Trees are everywhere n loved this.. Zoo is just awesome with varieties of birds and animals.. White tiger and Anaconda are the special ones.
