Hi guys I bought a standard cycle at Ambattur factory outlet showroom in the year of October 2015 while I am bought from them I am noticed my cycle pedal rod was bend,I had a bad impression about ti cycle factory outlet showroom still.but I appreciate the customer care department in ti cycles, why means I gave a email to customer care department. Eventhough After 17months of purchase also responded for my complaint . last Monday 3rd April 2017 around at 1o clock Morning I wrote email about my cycle pedal rod was bend.Around 10 o clock I got a reply from customers care department . (Mrs vijayalakshmi) she ring me up and asked me about my issues in my cycle. Exactly After a week she send two technicians , their names are Mr K.saravanan senior technician and Mr S.senthil Kumar both of them fixed a new pedal rod and chain cover.they done a good job for my cycle , so I will appreciate the customers care dept. Specifically myself very thankful to Mrs.Vijayalakashmi's team members All the best in future ,Have a nice day by sudhir
