Ms Raveena who works with the Travel Carefree Co has been very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that our Schengen visa for our trip to Paris, Rome and Athens, was processed as per required procedure and submitted to VFS. Our application was received back by us in 3 days time with the visa approved by the French Consulate. She advised us on all aspects of the trip and ensured that all things were done in time so that we have a hassle free journey. I would certainly recommend her for all your travel requirements.

We as a family of 60 people , recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued.

The serenity and the trees surrounding the resort were immaculate with stunning views. The accommodations were comfortable, with all the amenities I needed and more.

The food at the resort's restaurant was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The pool area was also great, with seperate setup for children and adults.

What stood out the most to me, however, was the exceptional level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, from going above and beyond to make setups of Bonfire to Screen setup for a live Cricket match telecast.

Overall, i thank TRAVELCAREFREE team for suggesting us this beautiful resort and I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and family get-together getaway. If I had to pick out any suggestions for improvement, the web check-in which had to be done for the return flight should've been done prior since we waited for more than 45 mins in the line and the web check-in line was free. But there was system error as you say, we understand but yeah that was the only difficulty faced.
