We went to sikkim trip in Feb 2024. I chose diku travels as recommended by travel setu.From the start of the plan everything was perfect.Our organizer Mr Rakesh chetri was always reachable and solved our queries in a quick and responsible manner.Both the drivers Bhupesh and Saanu we got were good,humble and kind in nature. Hotels they provided were also well maintained and hygienic. Overall our trip to sikkim was memorable.I highly recommend diku travels.

We did a 10 day family tour in North West Sikkim with Diku Travel. Two days before departure they organized everything. The home stays were very much like we asked them to be (close to the families and not too much luxury). The drivers were very reliable, excursions abundant and also price settings were as promised. Thank you very much! Highly recommended.

We were in Sikkim in Sept-Oct 2023 we booked Diku Travel as recommended by Travel Setu. We had an enjoyable trip, our driver John Bubu was polite, patient, helpful, maintained a very clean car, and also knowledgeable about the entire region. He helped us explore places in North Sikkim, he stopped at all the good spots and made us feel comfortable in whole journey.

This trip was incredible. Mr.Rakesh Kumar Chettri , who managed our whole trip is an amazing person and quite responsible and caring too.
We got reasonable deals, great services and they catered to our personal needs to a great extent.

Mr. Khushal chhetri he was very helpfull person and our driver Mr. krishna was very helpful and polite person also knowledgeable about the entire place. I recently used this travel agency for a trip to Gangtok, Namchi, and Darjeeling, and I have to say I was very impressed with their service. The organizer, Mr. Rakesh, was extremely approachable and humble, making the entire experience a pleasure. Despite an unexpected avalanche in Nathula, Mr. Rakesh quickly provided alternative options for Namchi and nearby locations for only a minimal additional charge.

The cab services were always on time, and the drivers were friendly and accommodating. The hotels we stayed in were also very clean and comfortable, providing a great experience overall. It's important to keep in mind that when traveling in hilly regions, things may not always go according to plan, but having a professional and understanding point of contact like Mr. Rakesh really made a difference. He handled everything seamlessly and ensured our trip was hassle-free. I highly recommend this agency and their exceptional services.

It was really a good experience with Diku Travels, From Day 1 to Day 5, the stay at the hotels were really amazing and the most satisfying one. I personally loved the Lachung Hotel stay. The drivers who assisted us were really cooperative and good. Leaving only a demerit, the meals during the road were disappointing and very costly, i would advice everyone to carry some dry foods with them during the journey.

Coming to the price concern, please don't get into the trap of brokers outside the NJP Railway Station, you could trust to Rakesh Chhetri Bhai for the price at which you are booking. The whole booking was worth the price, we visited all the places as they promised in the booking papers, not a single sight was missed.

Coming to the behavior, you would be really pleased, the way they are always available and polite, even at 2:00 AM, Rakesh Bhai was assisting us. And that was really appreciable, but on day 3, there was a driver named Mahesh, who misbehaved us many a times and was not at all polite, that should be checked.

On my recent visit to Darjeeling, Mr. Rakesh and Kushal from Diku Travel arranged a cab for local and nearby sightseeing. The initial conversations were courteous and attentive. The provided cab was in excellent condition, and the drivers were skilled and considerate of our travel requirements. Grateful for the excellent service!

We had Gangtok, Lachen Lachung, Namchi, Darjeeling, and the Nepalese border scheduled for the 9N/10D period. We had last-minute plans to visit Namchi and Nepal, but you promptly set up a cab. We had a fantastic time and have wonderful memories.

We went with our friends group and had a blast in sikkim tour which was all organised by Diku Travels .
We received Great hospitality, Well behaved personnel , excellent cars , friendly driver & great hotel were provided .

We planned to visit Darjeeling and Gangtok for 7 days and 6 nights and the best thing we did was to book via Diku travels! The plan was pitch perfect right from the word go. Drivers were very disciplined and experienced, special mention to Sanjit bhai who was very helpful in guiding through places to visit.

Shout out to Rakesh who made our trip memorable without any hiccups. All permits were arranged by him and everything was flawless. He was always available (no matter what time it is) to answer any of our queries. The best part about him is that he takes all the suggestions and makes sure that they are implemented.

It is absolutely affordable with Diku travels without any compromise on quality in service. We highly recommend everyone travelling to Sikkim and other north east places to plan with Diku travels.

Had a wonderful experience of travel via Diku travels. We were total 9 persons, Mr Rakesh and Ms Taruna assisted us even planning of of our daily tours in Darjeeling and Gangtok on day to day basis. Even when we requested for some modifications during our trip they have accepted our every request. End to end trip was well managed starting Siliguri till pakyong airport Gangtok. Mr Rakesh was helpful and was very responsive. Ms Karuna was looking after finer details of the trip and made it suitable according to our needs.

Used services of Diku travels for car hire for Darjeeling for 5 days including pick up and drop from NJP. Good and reliable service. The itenary was adjusted based on the requirements and situation. The drivers are well behaved and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Diku travels for travel in and around Darjeeling.

I booked for darjeeling after going through all reviews. Price and services both were good. We came on women's only trip in june end and everything was smooth. All driver were good and punctual especially Anmol bhaiya. Thanks for service we enjoyed a lot.
