HOTEL MOUNT ROYALE - 3 STAR HOTEL IN DARJEELING MALL

"Hotel Mount Royale, Jalapahar, Dr Zakir Hussain Rd, Darjeeling" Five minutes walk from Darjeeling mall in front of Horse stable, is a mellow, pleasant, undeniably beautiful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a few days in the lap of nature. March 2024 I have accepted their hospitality. The hotel is very decent and has 24x7 hot water supply, has its own restaurant where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available, and the food quality is very good. Their hospitality and beautiful behavior with all the residents were well appreciated, views of nature and surroundings from the view rooms really impressed me. The indescribable natural beauty of dawn and dusk brings a beautiful feeling and dimension that can be seen sitting in the hotel's view room. I shall make it my priority to spend time in its lovely surroundings sometime in the future.

Had a very nice time in the hotel. Would give excellent remarks for the room service, majorly Samir, had taken great care of us. Rooms are good, spacious with all required amenities. Kudos to the team, would expect they keep the services high always.

We were boarded from 26th to 29th Dec 23 in this hotel. The hotel has every modern fasilities.The service of all staffs in this hotel is satisfactory. The property manager Mr. Suman supervised all the matters efficiently and with great responsibility. But the mattresses on the bed is so soft that may cause harm for health, this matter be considered.

Service in the hotel is undoubtedly good. Property Manager Mr. Suman delivered service us efficiently and cordially. Hotel is excellent. Reception and service exceptionally good,particularly Suman Gain very friendly and reliable.Desire to visit again in this Hotel.

The Hotel is comfortable, quiet, and has a beautiful view. The room is beautiful, comfortable,clean & staff is friendly, polite, and professional.

Rooms were cozy. Food was excellent and the staff was very cooperative and humble

Suman gain is the property manager in the hotel, his behaviour is too good and friendly, and all staff in the hotel are too good.

Mr Suman is a very gentle guy....with a very nice behaviour....highly recommend this hotel in darjeeling...

The stay on my first visit to Darjeeling was amazing , thanks to Hotel Mount Royale! The room was huge and beautiful with all facilities,modern amenities and breathtaking view from the room and the terrace as well. The staffs were really kind and cooperative and their services were perfect. The main thing i really loved about them that they all had these huge warm smiles on their faces for all the guests. 5 stars for their complimentary breakfast which was really good and filling.The location is very near to Darjeeling Mall. Over all i really enjoyed my stay with them. Hope to visit them again soon.

Staff and manager was good and cooperative.
Room was clean, double bed, TV & sofas available.
You can see very beautiful view (east side) from window of room.
Veg breakfast was good.
Kanchanjunga can be seen (west side) from 3rd,4th,5th floor (if weather is good).
Mall Road is near from hotel (max 5 min) that's the main thing.
On 6th floor, there's need to clean the place and decorate by this there can be seen beautiful view of nature.
Lift was not working but manager said that it will be repair as soon as possible.

From the hotel there is a direct road towards the mall.. Hence it took us maximum 5-7 minutes to reach the mall.. However there are some details I would like to highlight... The view fromm the hotel would have even great if the weather was good however that's our bad luck.. try to book 5th floor rooms for greater viewing experience.
Economic room is little congested. Bed, blanket and room was neat and clean.
Full time geaser facilities was available and bathroom was clean and spacious.
In 3 night booking 1 full night electricity was not there othere 2 days had good experience.
The hotel staff are very helpful and cordial 5star for hotel staffs. The food prepared by the hotel is delicious but little costly so we took food from 2 minutes near to this one bengali hotel..
Tv was not there in room so we got free amazing breakfast everyday which relief us from morning breakfast headache.
Main cons is lift is not available in a 5th floor building..
Would definitely recommend to stay at this place who can go up and down without lift facilities 😊.

One of the amazing hotels in Darjeeling.
Just 2-3 minutes walking from Mall road.
Their hospitality is really warm, specially the manager Mr. Sagar helped us a lot in many ways.
This is a must recommendation for Darjeeling visitors.
