Had an excellent time with Darjeeling Cab Service during our trip to the Tiger Hills and Some other locations.
Always on time, very polite behaviour. Owner/Driver was very friendly and informative. They have charged very reasonable price compared with others. We spent as much time in any given point as much we wanted, no hurry from his side. This cab service is highly recommended and we will definitely be having this cab service again in our next trip.

We had an excellent experience of availing Darjeeling Cab Service during our 5 day trip. Everything was smoothly coordinated right from pick-up at NJP Railway Station (Mr Rajesh) to local sight seeing (Mr Rajesh and Mr Sawan) to drop at NJP (Mr Sajan).

There was not a single instance of failure or delay.

Besides we got loads of information on how Darjeeling was formed, what is the culture and climate of Darjeeling, main occupation of local people, emphasis on tea, timber and tourism, background of different sight-seeing points, forests and sanctuaries nearby, information on nearby off-beat tourist attractions etc.

The service offered was customised and offered flexibility so that we could enjoy our stay as per our convenience.

This was my first trip with my son (8 months old) and I wanted some reliable cab service who can be considerate towards our needs (stopping car in between, driving slow and helping wherever needed). I fortunately came across Darjeeling cab service and Mr. Sajan assigned Mr. Prashant to help us with our travel needs. Mr. Prashant is one gem of a person. He is very professional and helped us throughout the trip. Not only he drives amazingly well, he also helped us with the luggage wherever the hotel help was not available. Good experience with DCS. Good vehicle, good music quality. The cab owner become driver and tour guide. Sajjan ji is polite and nice person. If I come again in Darjeeling, I will prefer to visit all places with him. Darjeeling Cab Service provided very good services.

Took Cab service from Darjeeling to NJP station. The Cab driver was prompt and reached pickup point on time. The Cab was maintained in good condition and ride was smooth. Driver was kind to stop inbetween for breathtaking views of Siliguri enroute to NJP and we reached on time. Driver has also helped us in finding hotel for night stay.
