The Laali Group-Hotel Queen Darjeeling

Room was nit & clean. Perfect location (just opposite to Darjeeling NBSTC bus stand)...so need to walk with your luggage to the Hotel...staff helped us to plan our trip... food was delicious & staff were dedicated to give us a perfect dining experience.

A very good hotel in Darjeeling. It was clean stylish with excellent service in where we had breakfast and dinner. Food was amazing and ofcourse great value for money and the best part is service was attentive and efficient. Staffs behaviour is very professional. Overall we had a great great great experience. Recommended everyone.

1) The hotel is just opposite to the bus/taxi stand.
2)The manager and people working at the hotel are very welcoming , helpful and polite.
3) Clean, cosy and beautifully decorated rooms.

This place might seem a bit far from Mall, but the hospitality of the staffs counter balances it properly. I had a great experience during my stay this Christmas. I would definitely recommend it to others and I hope they maintain the same kind of hospitality throughout.

Nice stay, staffs are very helpful.. food quality is outstanding, its just ,10 to 15min walking distance to mall road. All over it was a nice stay.

The hotel being just in front of the Darjeeling taxi stand makes it very convenient to get a taxi or bus. The Darjeeling railway station is just 5 mins. from the hotel. Also the wooden flooring make the hotel room warm during the cold days in Darjeeling. Else than this, the hotel provides a very good service and the food service is also quite good.
