Hotel Valentino

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, conveniently located near the mall road. It was a good hotel that offered all the necessary amenities, including an in-house restaurant. The rooms were clean, along with the linens.
The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, adding to the overall convenience. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.
Additionally, the hotel's location near to mall road made it easy to access major attractions and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Their authentic food was super delicious. Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

The outside view from the hotel room was amazing.
The owner Mr. Dipankar is very kind hearted and friendly person.
I wish to visit again.

Fantastic & beautiful host, very caring, helpful, the room are so comfy ,spacious with gorgeous view of Sleeping Buddha and the breakfast are delight. We have tried manchow soup which was so tasty and amazing...

Booked on January end and this hotel surpassed all my expectations. The room was spotless, the food delicious, and its central location made exploring the city a breeze. The owner's warmth and friendliness made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The hotel is lovely, and beautiful decorated, best value for money hotel in the area. Room are large enough, bathroom is neat and clean. Beds are comfortable, view from the rooms are really enjoyable.
I stayed there for 3 days. Room services are always available, they cleaned the room and bathroom every day if you hand over the key at the Reception.Food was delicious.
Wi-Fi service was bit slow. But it was fine Jio network works properly. 24 hours Gyser facility.
Other than that experience was really good, staffs are doing very appreciative job.
Overall I can recommend this to others .

We had very good experience...we got too see Mountains from our room. The manager was very helpful and the service they gave was very nice.The food (breakfast and dinner) provided to us was delicious and warm since the weather was cold.The hotel is located near to the mall(5-7min walkable distance). Love the ambience of restraurant and melody of the playlist was heart melting. Bornfire at night was really memorable. Overall I definitely will recommend this hotel to any one visiting Darjeeling.

My last Darjeeling trip was amazing, I stayed 3 nights in hotel vallentino , we got a clear Kanchanjunga view from hotel rooms . Rooms were clean and spacious. Their service is also too good , they also have their own resturant, food quality and quantity is good . I got what I exactly needed. It's a budget friendly luxurious trip for mine . And hotel is approx 5-6 mins walking distance from mall road . I would love to visit again in this hotel . And if you are planning for a Darjeeling trip , u can stay here . It's completely safe for girls trip . And their hospitality was amazing. Just don't go with any negetive thoughts, book this hotel and trust me you will never regret.

The hotel is very good. Their room service, room accomodation is also very good. We got view room and believe me it was just awesome. Free wi fi is also available.

I visit Darjeeling every alternate 2 months.
I stayed in various hotels starting from 3 star to 5 star. But this time my experience was best and I would not able to forget this in my lifetime . Really appreciate the service we have enjoyed during our darjeeling vacation. Location was near from center, staff behaviour was decent and manager was really helpful. Room service was also excellent. The owner personally was checking the kitchen and foods. He asked us about their service and all. I would recommend this hotel for family and friends

We are B2B suppliers of tour packages to Sikkim & Darjeeling. We had sent some guests at Hotel Valentino. There were some issues but those were resolved soon. But now there is no problem. Our guests were very happy and satisfied. View from the hotel is very nice. Staff is very cooperative and polite. Food is tasty and hygienic, rooms are nice and comfortable.

The hotel room was excellent. Very clean room, good service and friendly staff. Small problem is the steep hill that you have to climb. It's a problem if you have bags. However the hotel staff helped with it.

It was a pleasing experience to stay here. Thanks to Himalayan Tourism for offering this nice stay. Hotel staff are well behaved., food was nice and rooms were neat and clean. The hotel is near to mall, we just walked to mall within few minutes. Hope this good service remains round the year.

Got it in a very cheap price. Rooms are well decorated & clean with hot water facility for 24 hours. The rooms in the top floor have a good & clear view of Kanchenjunga. However the Hotel is situated in a very steep slope & not recomended for elder people.
