The breathtaking view from our room made every moment magical.. their professionalism and attention to detail ensure a smooth and hassle free experience..the hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable..we can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this charming retreat..

Excellent stay..Delicious food..impeccable service....gorgeous veiws all in all an exemplary stay.
Noteworthy point, they are flexible with their service timings. They packed us an early breakfast before our returning journey. We were very pleased with their adaptability.

Warm welcome. Nice services. The front office staffs, Akash and Sarina helped us a lot. And the housekeeping staffs, Abika, Monika, Anjana, Prassana, Nishant and Kusang they cooperate us a lot. Overall service of the resort was wonderful. The view from the resort and the rooms are mesmerizing. It was nice staying here.

The rooms on one side open to views of Kanchenjunga,
Food tasted good and the staff, was happy to accommodate some of our special dietary requirements.
All Staff is very cooperative (spicily Kitchen Staff).
Rooms were very clean, bathrooms new and linen fresh.
Will definitely recommend to others and look forward to another stay in winter.

Firstly The warm welcome and Soft music created a pleasant
atmosphere at the restaurant. secondly service champ's was so charming and friendly with everyone .if i talk about Delicacy its just blow you away perfectly yummy and value of money
Thirdly the buffet served had a good variety but as soon as group of the indian tourists came in, it was like everyone for themselves ....as if starved for a week and swarmed like Bees around what was served . many even started eating just next to served food .to add on that they used their stained hands to eating to pick up from the buffet it was most natural thing to do.
but allover lovey and spectacular one

It was nice stay.. we had candle light dinner which was organized very well. Restro staffs are very generous. Captain lawrence, steward sudeep, sujal yatin were there in the restaurant service. Their service was good and quick. Overall. Nice place to stay in darjeeling.

I had an incredible experience at the hotel during my stay. The staff, particularly in the restaurant, 'Suzal, Sudeep, Suhadna and Yatin' were not only helpful but also exceptionally supportive, making dining a delightful experience. They were the sweetestt. Thank you guys.The breathtaking view from my room added an extra layer of joy to my visit. The delicious food further elevated my stay, and the overall quality of the room complemented the entire experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, attentive staff, and delectable cuisine.

The Autri-Hill resort at Ghoom enjoys a fantastic location, with a view from Batasia Loop and mighty Kanchanjangha from the window. The rooms are very clean, so are the washrooms. Though there is electric blankets, the rooms are pretty cold in winters as no insulation is available. Room heaters are available on rent.
The buffet breakfast was excellent. So was the service of the staffs. Very well-mannered and prompt.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The resort being Anutri Hill, is the most amazing resort I've encountered till date. Making it quite short, the room is quite spacious with an amazing mountain view. Hats off to their room services, their staffs being so polite and gentle.
Batasia restaurant is where we had our breakfasts and dinner. We had our buffet breakfast, the food was really good.
Moreover, the experience we had with Anutri Hills was really someting to reminisce. I would highly recommend this place to the visitors searching for an exceptional place.

One of the best place to stay in Darjeeling if you ignore the road traffic to mall road during peak time. The mighty range is visible from the hotel rooms. You can get the full view of batasia loop. The place will truly clam you. And lastly food is also very good. Staffs are very helpful as well.

It was an wonderful experience with satisfactory services .Staffs were also cool and behaviour was good .One minor problem was location is far away from main market and no public transportation was available for visit the market .Overall, Hotel.view was awesome.

The hotel room was too nice and too clean and front -office , House keeping staff was too helpful and view from the hotel is too amazing at Darjeeling no hotel has like this , Thank you every one for help will visit again

Good place to spend vacassion with family if you want to stay away from the hussles and bussles of crowd. Rooms are spacious, service is good. Needs a special mention the lady named Subarna who is in charge of restaurant. Desired to have some half boiled eggs in the Breakfast, she aranged it, which is really appreciable. Sudip is a young lad, very energetic. Wish him all the best for his study. Reception is also very professional. Good view of Batasia from the top and also Kanchanjangha. Overall a very good experience

Our parents visited this resort recently (21st-26th Feb). They stayed at the honeymoon attic suite. Fabulous room and gorgeous views of Kanchenjunga and Batasia Loop. Equally good service and fooding. Must stay.

Had visited Darjeeling in Feb 2024 and had stay at Anutri hill resort. The rooms have nice view of Mt.Kanchenjunga and the staff here are helpful and kind.
Batasia Restaurant is part of the resort where we had breakfast and dinner. The staff here is very friendly and take note of your requirements. Special thanks to Batista staff Safal, Lawrence,Sujal, Sudeep, Subarna and Yatin who were very friendly and kind.

We had a nice & memorable experience during our stay at the resort. Ambience of the Batasia restaurant was very nice along with the presence of an enthusiastic supporting team of young members under the able guidance of two of their seniors. We already have a plan to visit the resort again in the later part of this year.

It was amazing staying here for 2.5 days.
