Neither good nor bad. Manager Raju Babu is a good person. But the waiters are not up to the mark.

It was my first stay in this hotel. Hotel is only 4 to 5 minutes walk from mall chowrasta. There are a lot of eateries , gift shops nearby. All the rooms in this hotel are valley view room. One can even have a glimpse of Mount Kanchanjunga from the room if the weather is clear. The hotel staff and receptionist is very good , friendly and courteous. They were always at service whenever we needed them. They always poured out bottles with hot drinking water even if its 12 am. My room was a 3 bedroom. Every bathroom has a geyser. Tourist car does not come in front of the hotel. One has to walk till clock tower or keventer's or bhanu bhawan for doing sight seeing or pick up and drop. Chawk bazar is at walking distance.

The hotel is 10minutes walking distance from Darjeeling mall.Rooms are too small but the food was too tasty..

It is little far walking distance from market. But the hotel owner is very helpful and Polite.
