The service was very good .The staff were courteous.The only issue was the plumbing but the hotel authority have promised to take care of it.

The people working there are very courteous, helping particularly receptionists Miss Payel Gupta is very helpful and cooperative . Rooms have great view, cleaned & well maintained. The best part was the food, very tasty. Located just near the famous Mall, a one minute walking distance, just behind the Gleneries. The hotel is family friendly and safe.I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Darjeeling.

Rooms are well decorated, comfortable. Located near Mall road. Food was very tasty. All together love this hotel. Must try.
