We had enjoyed a lot in staying your hotel. It was a wonderful experience for us . Ambiance and Room was spacious clean and neat. All the time food served was awesome. In totality we had very good and happy stay. The service was excellent and all the staffs bottom to top very friendly and sincere . My mark will be 100/100

The property is centrally located and very close to Chowrasta and Mall Road… The rooms are extremely neat and clean and the sun deck restaurant it’s a great place to relax and enjoy with your friends and family. Highly recommended 👍

Let me say it in details... I had an mixed feeling about my stay here...
Rooms are big enough..
But simple facial tissues are always missing...
Blankets inside the closet were dirty. Please clean them.. hot water is available almost the whole time... Food was great I would say 6.5/10 judging the place..... Overall my experience was so Overwhelmed by Darjeeling itself that I am ignoring all other things.... There is a lot of room for improvement for the hotel... Overall not bad 3.5/5

Had a very nice and comfortable stay at this property. Believe that they promised less and delivered more. While some new construction might have partially blocked the mountain view but overall it was Great value for money.

We visited during republic day . It was an amazing experience at a reasonable price when compared to other hotels around that area. It's very close the view point, so on a clear day you might get a breathtaking glimpse of the Kanchenjungha. The rooms were really spacious and the staff were quite friendly.

I was there at RJ for 2 days, its location is too good, market places & other is nearby.
Staff of reception counter, room services & hotel is too polite & giving promt service. Food was excellent.

It was a stay like Home. The ambience of the hotel, location, the quality of service, the quality of foods and humble staff and their efficiency - everything is cool.

I was there in 2021, it's near the governor's house, and the road in front directly connects with Mall road. It's in a very nice location. Rooms were nice and clean, room service was excellent and staff was nice and polite.
Value for money.
Only downside they don't have the room heater by default and one has to pay per night for it, but the room heater itself was not adequate for the room.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended hotel and to repeated.

It was a great experience for me to stay in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and services are best. Location of the hotel is very close to mall and all my needs. I will must visit darjeeling and must try to stay in R.J resort. One more thing the manager of this hotel Mr. Amit ji was a great person and very helpful. Best wishes for Mr. Amit ji.

Location of the hotel is extremely good. Darjeeling mall is just five minutes walk from here.
We booked the deluxe room, from there we got nice view of Darjeeling city and hills.
However most of the rooms you'll not get any view. So while booking please make sure about this.
Room service, restaurant- all standard.
Best thing about the hotel is rooftop restaurant. On a clear sunny day you can spend whole day there.

The Sun Deck Rooftop cafe is the best place in Darjeeling. Coffee is fabulous. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff are extremely thoughtful and professional. Ashish and Anshu are outstanding. The ambience and view are "out of this world". 5 mins from Mall.

Safe and hygienic place ,located in a very accessible area and close to Mall. Staff and security very courteous.One can enjoy the morning tea with a view in the sundec roof top Cafe.Detailed decoration, it exudes a warm and comfortable style of its own with grandeur finishes. It was my daughter's first solo trip.I would suggest this place without any second thought. Affordable rates.A must Stay 🌿

The hotel is around 500m away from the mall road. The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous enough and the buffets had lots of varieties too. We stayed for 3 days and booked 2 rooms which costed around 10k per day for both rooms which was quite expensive as per the hotel. But i guess all hotels in darjeeling are a little pricey.

This resort is damn fine. The indoor ambience effectively compliments the picturesque mountains. Rooms are really comfortable, might feel humid but that wasn't really bothersome. 24hr hot water supply and free Resort WiFi are a really nice touch to this already excellent establishment. The staff is courteous and helpful. I must recommend checking out the terrace garden. The mirrored atrium is really unique and adds to the charm. Food is good and varied. My only complaint would be the unavailability of in room dining. Overall great experience.

We super liked this hotel. The staff especially Mr.Pragyan is super helpful and considerate. For elderly the hotel and rooms are accessible through an exclusive ramp that the staff would help to scale up and down on a wheel chair. They prepare food for you if you are leaving in the wee hours. That's hospitality at a different level.

Food is complimentary for breakfast as well as dinner. They have a very good spread and it tastes very good. One Mr.Ronald personally goes up to the tables and ensure every one is well fed.

Rooms are clean and functional. Bathroom and water closet dispenses hot water and are working fine though they might look a little dated.

We traveled with a kid and elderly parents and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my closest friends.
