Arcadia Heritage Resort

Had such an incredible stay here. I cannot say enough great things about the hospitality here. I fell sick upon arrival and the hotel staff were very kind, attentive, and caring. I especially want to mention the driver, Robbie, whom I was the most grateful for. Robbie has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the ins and outs of Darjeeling. If you stay at Arcadia, I highly recommend you request Robbie as your driver. Not only is he a very good driver, especially with the curves and hills of Darjeeling, he also doubles as a wonderful tour guide. Out of the goodness of his heart, he shares his knowledge of Darjeeling with you. All in all a very special and memorable stay for me. I will always remember it.

Stunning resort, amazing food, friendly staff! I loved staying here with my American friends. The staff were amazing & hospitable, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfectly outside of the busy downtown. Taking a cab right outside the hotel & finding the “Dali” stop back was super easy. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Brilliant resort! The location, views, staff, rooms and the food was amazing. We woke up with the view of snow covered kanchanjunga peaks. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very kind and polite, always willing to help. The food is also really good. Great location as it's close to all major tourist attractions. Very neat aesthetic! Would definitely visit again.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Dali monastery.

Since the temperature drops low around this time of the year, the rooms were equipped with high-quality electric heaters as well as the mattresses have a heating pad underneath the bedsheets.

We had a great experience in Darjeeling during our two-night stay at Arcadia Heritage Resort in Dali, my family and I were treated to an incredible view from the rooms. The hotel offers a picturesque sight of the mountains during mornings and city lights at night.

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and had lovely balconies allowing us to soak in the breathtaking surroundings.

There were few challenges with the geyser at times, and we found the heating to be chargeable, which seems to be the case in most hotels.

The staff especially Mr. Amit were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The meals were a highlight, especially the momos thanks to their superb chef.

Overall our stay at Arcadia Heritage Resort was wonderful, thanks to the hospitality, delicious meals, and the awesome views.

You can enjoy your cup of Darjeeling Tea from the balcony of your room or from the Tree House, with the mighty snow capped Kanchenjenga in the background. The rooms are large warm and comfy and the staff are courteous and helpful. The Cafe has the best dessert - Cheesecake and Chocolate Brownie were out of this world.
We had a comfortable two nights stay and will highly recommend Arcadia Heritage Resort for your next trip.

Arcadia is a great hotel and gives you an amazing view of the mountains. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. They also have drivers who do day trips with you or pick/drop you from the airport and will drive you right in front of the door.

If you love mountain views, and that to Mt
Kanchenjunga with good food then this place is a perfect match.

If you want the view of Kangchenjunga from the comfort of your bed, then this should be your destination at Darjeeling. All the rooms have spacious balcony facing the Kangchenjunga. You get a view of the entire city of Darjeeling as its located at a good elevation. Its a wonderful resort with spacious rooms. The bathroom size is comparable to any luxury hotels. The chefs here are extremely talented and will definitely satisfy your palates, which is a rare thing in a tourist destination. Their unique concept of tree house makes them standout from their competitors. Grab a drink and climb the tree to enjoy the wonderful ambience. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice ambience. Room size is good. View from window is excellent. Could also see Kanchengunga in the morning. Staff very polite and good. One has to walk from down to reach hotel although taxi also comes, but taxi drivers don't prefer to come because of the steep slope

We have been there only for a quick bite. The food was very good and the staff very attentive. Especially resort's Tree House Café is an amazing and cozy place

I had booking of 4 rooms at this resort with family. Resort has great Ambience and peaceful environment. Customer Service was very quick. Staff was polite, helpful and courteous. View from hotel room was amazing. Location of this hotel is bit high in the mountain therefore fresh air from balcony feels so refreshing. I lost my phone at one of the tourist place, hotel manager (Mr. Ravi) sent one of the staff member and helped me to get back my phone. Food was wonderful & delicious with lot of variety. Hotel has antique and old collection of interesting things that makes this resort different from others. Overall the stay was amazing & as told by manager that they going to extend their property and will soon have cafe and badminton court. I am looking forward to visit again 😊

I had stayed at Arcadia along with my family for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and the food is excellent. The staff are very courteous and the location is perfect. It’s a perfect place to relax. Would recommend it to anyone.

This place is a hidden gem in all aspects! Established since 1940s, it exudes old world charm and that is just the beginning. Each room has Kanchenjunga views (no trees or wires to block the sight) and this gets equally charming at night with beautiful city lights. The room size is extremely spacious with beautiful fittings and they have balcony in each room plus a fire place!!! An added advantage is the delicious food and the best momos I have ever had. I am going to be a regular.

The food here is really good maintained by Tree House Cafe.. Best food in Darjeeling so far .. Kudos to the chef and their team 👍👏🏼

Amazing staff and hotel rooms. Very active staff. We needed to leave early, and they proactively prepared the breakfast at a given time. Highly appreciate the chief as well.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable.There is superb mountain view from each room irrespective of number of persons it accommodates.Geysers and bed warmers are available in rooms.There is facility of food and it is tasty. You have to opt for food and take package accordingly while booking hotel.Staff is quite helpful and location is peaceful. Only slight disadvantage (may not be disadvantage for many) is it is 3.5 km far from mall road and you have to take shared cabs easily available till 7 pm but you have to reserve cabs after that time as shared cabs are not available after this time for this route. Rest all good and nice. Enjoy your stay.
