Tulsi Restaurant

One of the few places around that serve eggs. Superb cafe for vegan and non vegan. I got a plain omelette which comes with 2 slices of brown bread which was 70 rupees. I also got a banana and peanut butter pancake which was 130 rupees. 200 rupees for all of that food was incredible. It was so tasty. The cafe had a great atmosphere. It was slightly challenging to find, but I asked a few people that were really helpful.

This is such a special place in upper topavan, it’s tucked away off the main road, it feels secluded and is perfect if you want to get away from the noise of Rishikesh. The food is easily the best I’ve had while staying in topovan, everything well thought out and made with love. The banoffee pie recipe I’m taking home with me. I have endless compliments for tulsi, they fed me most days during a 2 month trip and the team are just such beautiful people 🙏🏼 will miss my meals here and would 1000% recommend to anyone

Without a doubt my FAVOURITE cafe in all of Rishikesh! I have been in rishikesh for about a month and have been here about 3-4 times a week for lunch or dinner.

They have incredibly delicious meal options (both western and Indian inspired) and everything I have tasted has been amazing. Not only this, but the ambience of the place is incredibly calming and a great place to meet with friends or sit on your own to journal/relax.

If you go here you MUST try the vinyasa shake! It’s healthy but incredibly indulgent and just so delicious.

Also a huge thank you to all of the staff who are so kind and welcoming every single time I come here! A cafe worth visiting/supporting in rishikesh!

Our favourite place in Tapovan! So peaceful and out of the way of the noise and crowds. We went three times for their pumpkin soup which is just delicious! Also tried the savoury pancakes which were divine, even their mashed potato is amazing! They really make simple dishes taste fantastic. Lovely staff members who are so friendly. Absolutely love this place it’s just the best 🙂

For sure, is the restaurant n 1 in Rishikesh. So delicious food, always nice and smily staff.
My favourite is pumpkin soup, their pancakes, and acai bowl is so tasty.

This has been one of my favourite places to sit at in Rishikesh.

I remember Coming here for Cheese Mushroom Crepe.
In 2021 when I was doing my Yog TTC.

And this Place has Blossomed even more with time.

Today in Nov. 2023.
It's the Same Friendly Vibe.
The same Fresh Breeze and mild Sunlight.
The same Calm of the Place.
Served With Delicious Healthy Food.

There is something about this place which pulls me whenever I am in Tapovan.

Would definitely suggest anyone in Rishikesh looking for a chill, smoke free. Calm Place to relax with Healthy Food.

🇺🇸This is such a special place! It is hard to get there now, Feb/2024, because there is a big site construction 🚧 and the cover the walkway with construction materials.
Yet, once there, you will forget everything. The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. Service is excellente as well. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend the peanut butter and banana smoothie and the iced coffee both with coconut milk. Everything is so fresh and delicious! 😍 Beautiful atmosphere with friendly cats

Nice place for romantic and passionate people, who are tired of panchakarma and miss their good old pancakes, eggs, soups and sustainability pictures. Though they also have interesting herbal shakes and two Vedic essentials, I.e. masala chai and not bad Ayurvedic kichidi. Pleasant.

Went here for a week. One of my favourites in Rishikesh. Food is fresh and delicious. I don’t know how it’s not as hyped as some of the other places in upper tapovan. Probably because it’s a little hard to find. The ragi pancakes & açai bowl were my favourites. Strongly recommend!

The most affordable and highly rated restaurant in Tapovan. My friend invited me here for a breakfast and I loved everything we ordered.

The best food I’ve had in India. I order the Dahl, a chocolate shake with oat milk and vegan banoffee pie. I’d love to know how the banoffee pie was made as it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had! This place is amazing and well worth a visit!

Tulsi was one of our favourite places in Rishikesh, the food is good the staff is very friendly and the place is really nice. Best Mango shake in Rishikesh! Good value food. Missing it already since we left Rishikesh. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys for the great time we had in your place!

What should I say? Without batting an eye, I would send anyone I know here for food, drinks, and relaxation. During my time in Tappovan, I did this, and everyone was delighted! The food is incredibly delicious and, after a long time in India, a delightful and healthy alternative to Indian food! I love the pumpkin soup – it's a combination of pumpkin and coconut, and I tell you: heavenly! It tastes more like a treat than a soup! So if you go there, please have one for me too!
And on top: The staff is really nice and fun!

Wonderful place. Great menu with vegan and gf options. Aimed at sustainability. Felt relaxed and at home with clean sattvic foods.

I love the spirit of this restaurant. Concerned about the environment, they give a second life to used objects. The food is delicious, healthy, always fresh and homemade. They even make their own homemade chocolate spread 😋. The whole team is adorable. It's always a pleasure to eat at Tulsi, all day long, and to enjoy the peace to read or work.

Tulsi is my best option for dining in Tapovan. It’s very affordable, cosy, freshly cooked food and friendly team. I go there every second day. I love the way they make you feel at home ❤

Truly Gem…. This place is filled with love light and positive energy. The whole place is filled with abundances of Mother Nature, the staff extremely kind and professional…. And most importantly the food super delicious… words can’t even express … you really have to try it!!!! I am regular there….. just love them. :)
