Veda 5 yoga retreat exceeded expectations! The location was breathtaking, and the warm welcome set the tone. The light, traditional Indian food was not only delicious but added to the overall wellness experience. Yoga sessions led by true professionals were a highlight, complemented by a friendly and attentive staff throughout the retreat. The body massage was simply amazing. Special thanks to Shivam and Rishabh for making our stay truly pleasant and memorable.

Serene...calm..extremely peaceful...extremely scenic location.Veda 5 is a wellness retreat with a range of ayurvedic and naturopathy therapies .Sonia from guest relations and also a yoga teacher herself was very helpful and ensured a smooth and peaceful stay for us...other highlights include short hikes and daily yoga sessions offered by the retreat. Food is sattvic so easy to digest and healthy..we were here between 21st and 24th Jan 2024 and simply were mesmerized by the amazing view of the mountains and valley from the room..rooms are extremely spacious..overall amazing stay..thnx to govindji from front office also was extremely helpful

My stay at the Veda5 was an absolutely delightful experience. Nestled amidst the mountains, the location couldn't be more perfect. The cuisine was exceptionally delicious, satisfying both the palate and the principles of well-being. Yoga sessions were a highlight, thanks to the expertise and excellence of the instructors. The Ayurvedic and naturopathy treatments I received were beneficial and rejuvenating. I was fortunate to forge wonderful friendships that enhanced my time here, and I found the staff to be extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. This resort stands out as one of the finest Ayurvedic retreats I have had the pleasure of visiting.

Amazing place for rejuvenate yourself. Amazing massage treatments and great yoga sessions. Few names to mention Naveen and Ashish in Massage therapy centers , Kuldeep in Food area and one name which is very important is Sandeep yoga guru who made me flexible in 10 days is amazing . Even in group classes he pays personal attention to everyone, personal session with him is must . I lost few inches as well . Thanks Veda 5

We spent a week in veda5. The experience was fantastic. I was impressed by kind and welcoming staff.The food was perfect to fill up your heart and stomach only with the contribution of chef shri Devender Singh Negi and his dinning hall team.They have a very capable Ayurvedic therapist like Rishabh for males and Ritika for females.We never had any experience of Ayurvedic massages before they truly a uniqueexperience.Everyone was helpful and warm.
This was truly unforgettable and life time experience.

Its beautiful location, amazing views, and food (only serving veg) was phenomenal. The SPA was perfect, and the spa was amazing. The staff was terrific and accommodating. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and the yoga was perfect. Highly recommend staying here and I hope to come back soon.

I was staying for 6 days, everything was excellent, the Ayurvedic food was exquisite, the staff was very kind. The meditation sessions are very interesting, Hema the facilitator seemed very empathetic and gentle. There are also doctors, I had a health problem and they attended at all times, everything is very well organized. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Great experience. The place was really beautiful and the service was great in all aspects. We spent the new year there and there was a nice spread of buffet, live music, bonfire and sky lanterns too. The rooms and beds were nice and warm for the winter months.

My daughter & I came for a 5-night wellness & detox retreat and it was a memorable trips....Picturesque views from comfortable & clean rooms. High-quality , very tastey food by Chef Negi and his team made us look forward with excitement to our next meal. Warm and kind hospitality by Kuldeep, Ashok and their team at the restaurant added flavour... Excellent Ayurvedic treatments from my therapist Mr Ashish., his magical touch... bliss.......5 Nights flew by in this cozy tinny gateway.... Highly Highly recommend 👌 👍

Our twin objectives of health revitalization along with relaxing holiday were more than achieved. We had fruitful sessions with Ayurveda Doctor and invigorating massages.

The staff were highly motivated to make our stay comfortable. The food was excellent, the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The hotel ambience was relaxing & serene and we felt very revitalized after our stay.

Located on a steep hill at a height, but they provide drivers to take your vehicle up the hill. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Property is beautiful and the view is also amazing. They have a garden and a pool and game room and many other facilities.
There is also an option for evening tea and snacks, with multiple activities being organised throughout the day.
Food is amazing with a lot of variety and focused on health.
Rooms are good and so are the washrooms.
Swimming pool was not very clean, but swimmable.

Very good stay with family for relaxation, great views of hills and learning introductory yoga. We also were treated to some great live music. Guitarist and singer Surendra was a great entertainment to our dinner time. Also had some good karaoke fun! Thank you!

Veda5, Rishikesh is a heavenly place to be at. The location is extremely beautiful, calm, quiet, safe and full of positivity. I spent 3 days there and opted for rejuvenation package, it was a lifetime experience for me. They had set a benchmark for retreat package.
The staffs are very friendly, helpful, caring and cooperative. And the food will fill up your heart and stomach with happiness and healthy diet. The kitchen staff will feed you like our family feed us at home. The staff will make you feel like at home. It's a homely feeling to stay at Veda5. I had a wonderful stay at Veda5. I would like to express my gratitude to Akshay, Ravindar, Shivam, Sajan, Madan, Ashok, the spa staffs, front desk and meditation ma'am and yoga trainer. It's a value for money place, their services are just beyond expectations.
Hoping to visit again soon.

The resort is brilliant. Great Ayurveda treatments and spa treatments, excellent products and therapists who stand out.
The food is exceptional, I was very happy with the offerings, and the flexibility of the chefs to adjust things for you. Every meal I had was a delight, and they do all cuisines very well. The staff itself- Ashok, Aman and Shivam were very courteous and helpful. Chef Ashok was very kind to include some of my requests in the menu, leaving me delighted and rather full.
The yoga and meditation sessions are amazing, both Narayan and Madhvi do a brilliant job of helping the various guests based on their strengths. They're happy to accommodate requests. I stayed for a week and did 2 sessions a day, feeling a marked improvement in my flexibility and even managed a headstand with Narayan's help!

The rest of the staff is also very good, from the online reservations to the management (Sanek, Kaushik, Sagar) were all very helpful when things were needed.

I travelled solo and felt very looked after and highly recommend Veda 5. Definitely will be visiting again.

Hospitality is top notch! The place is very well maintained and very clean.
It’s a peaceful little city on its own . The food served is without onion and garlic however Chef Ashok Chauhan and team are doing a fabulous work with Quality consistency, variety , the buffet is a delight ! The property has beautiful artwork all around . It has a meditation cave as well . We definitely look forward to coming back again.

I'm a teacher from the USA who led a retreat to India last October and Veda 5 was our first stop. Everyone at this retreat center was very hospitable. We were greeted with shawls and flower garlands when we arrived and the staff treated us like family throughout the whole stay.

The yoga spaces were incredible and they allowed us use their main yoga hall. The cuisine we had here was both tasty and healthy. Very nourishing!

I felt they executed our itinerary very well overall. There was one small issue that arose with our massage service, but it was totally rectified in the end and they made sure we were satisfied. An excellent experience all around!
