Aloha On The Ganges, Rishikesh

Lovely experience for a stay out of Delhi for relaxation, rejuvenation and peace of mind. The property is well maintained, well catered to by the staff who are excellent ambassadors of Aloha and interacting with them is a true delight Truly loved every minute of our stay.

I want to appreciate the hospitality at Aloha on the Ganges, Rishikesh. We hosted our wedding functions at Aloha on 22nd and 23rd October 2023. The entire process from booking the venue to taking care of all the logistics as well as menu was seamlessly done by the staff at Aloha headed by Ms. Vandana Kala, Mr. Yogesh Saini, Mr. Suresh Kala. I would also like to mention that the tie up with Event Management team, Sundaram Events lead by Mr. Narang is absolutely fantastic. The decor was spectacular and every little detail was taken care of.

Great location; great food and great staff. The staff was very helpful especially Himmat Singh. My mother needed a lot of help moving around the property and he would go out of his way to help her. Bipin at restaurant was also very attentive to our special orders and provided a great service.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You can get a view of the Ganges and the Himalayan range from every window in your suite! The food service staff was excellent - especially Bipin & Ankita who waited on us hand & foot! The room maintenance staff was also amazing - Karan, Vineet & Dhiraj took care of the room needs diligently. Room cleaning was perfect! The only disappointment was the front desk and activities desk staff. They need more training in how to guide visitors on a 2-day trip, 3-day trip etc. They should have a list of restaurants at their fingertips when guests choose to eat outside of the hotel campus. They should also have ideas on distances to - Sivananda Ashram, Parmarth Ashram, etc. Info is available on Google bug they should do their research and be prepared. Lastly only 4 devices per room for internet connection is too low. There should be no restrictions!

Exceptional Stay with Breathtaking Views and Outstanding Service

We had a fantastic stay at Aloha by the Ganges, Rishikesh. The 1 BHK apartments were incredibly spacious and offered breathtaking views of the majestic mountains. The buffet breakfast and dinner were diverse with a wide array of vegetarian options to choose from. The food tastes incredibly great. The staff members were a true highlight of my stay, as they were unfailingly polite and exceptionally helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Karishma, whose kind assistance made our stay even more memorable. The resort offers ample space and is a haven for children.

I had checked in this hotel on 2nd dec 2023, checked out on 4th dec 2023. It was for my daighters birthday,
We took our in laws with us. other family members joined us for an evening spend there on 3rd dec 2023 and to celebrate the birthday.

Both me and my husband along with our parents were very impressed with the whole experience. I wish i could mention all the names of people who made it a memorable experience for us but it is not possible right now.

From the perosn who received us at the gate to the reception crew.. then the restaurant crew.. and bell boys everyone there is such professionally trained with a warm natural smile on theri face to help you. They make sure you are taken care of.

We spent good time in Latitude and Ankita Painuly made sure we are well hosted. Specially my parents were very impressed with her service. Whole team of Latitude is a grace to Aloha.

Food was delicious with lots of variety.
My 2 year old daughter had lot of fun in aarti and pool area.
Our room had such cozy ambience with morning sunlight beaming inside on our bed and sofa.. we soaked in lot of sun there..

I would want to visit this place again in summers to enjoy more of outdoors and pool..

I wish everyone associated with Aloha all the very best, keep up the good work. It is only the people who make a place worth it- rest everything is just cement and bricks!

Excellent place to stay. The spread of food was amazing and the food was delicious. We ordered bento boxes through room service and ate a few times at the patio and honestly we were never disappointed. The afternoon tea was great and the staff was always on their toes to serve people. The chaiwala aways served tea with a smile and one of the best teas I have had during my trip to India. Very friendly staff and 5 stars for the location and service.

I had a very unfortunate incident. When I arrived my bags were left with the concierge.
I received my bags an hour later.
86000 INR was stolen from my bag.
I only realised that yesterday when I needed cash

The property is amazing and so is the hospitality. The staff go out of their way to cater to you. Would like to specially mention Mamta Nautiyal who arranged for the beautiful room decor and cake and bouquet for my sister in law’s anniversary on such short notice. Had a wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful experience.. The rooms were clean and spacious with all facilities working adequately.. Location of the property is it's usp and i would like to specially mention the staff which was cordial and very customer friendly.. Service was top notch and the fooding awesome.. Slightly on the pricier side but worth every penny.. A total relaxing, rejuvenating and luxury experience..

Beautiful location, excellent service, great food, huge clean rooms. Dinesh Tiwari, vikas aswal from House Keeping, did an excellent job. Quick to clean the room and let in great condition. Food was delicious, of various cuisines including Pahari.
