Shaantam Resort and Spa Rishikesh

I'd like to call myself a loyal patron of Shaantam resorts. This review comes after my third stay at the property. Beautiful location and surrounding s, the resort is quite a drive from the centre of Rishikesh. We love the whole ambience of the place, very welcoming staff and great comfort. The rooms are spacious, we'll maintained and very comfortable. The food and service is Excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffet is delicious, elaborate and well laid out. The spa here is a must visit and addictive. The community hall and pool take care of the kids while you have a relaxing time at the spa. A must visit and complete value for money experience.

Experience amazing food and hospitality amidst beautiful and comfortable rooms. Our stay in Rishikesh was truly one of the best. The resort's proximity to the Mahadev Neelkanth temple and Rishikesh city adds to its allure. A must-visit destination, especially for families and friends. The food deserves a special mention - it was simply amazing!

Nice resort with reasonably good views , best food I ever had in the hills. Good swimming pool and games room for kids. Chef Deepak has Jadu in his hands, Nitin does best service. SPA is great value for money.

Spend three days there, everything is just perfect. Food is out of the world with good spread. Deepak chef is fully loaded with skills to prepare best dishes. Nitin and Ashish is very helpful to get the things done you like. Manjeet is great help. Rooms are cosy and overall resort is good with a loaded game room and nice pool.

Mesmerizing Neelkanth trek was also very well guided by Akshay made the trek a memorable experience for our family. Nitin and Deepak Pandey go above and beyond to provide exemplary service to guests at Resort Shaantam. Chef Deepak is making dining at Resort Shaantam a truly delightful experience. We would love to revisit Shaantam in future.

We can visit rishikesh just for this stay again..first few minutes were not good because of some confusion with the GM and sales team..But extremely polite and helpful sales team..speacially M/s Gazal who had coordinated with us throughout the booking process..

The staff was soo welcoming from start to end..I have not seen such a nyc and heart welcoming staff in a 5 star also..they were genuinely happy to welcome and treat their guests the best not for any salary or tip..but from heart..which made our stay soo comfortable..

The food specially was one of the best that we have tasted soo far..and fresh..surely one of the best food experience we had on a trip.

The View and calmness of the property just was that icing on the cake..our 2 day relaxing trip was fulfilled in just one day at this property..

They also gave us some complimentary gangajal..which was quite a gesture and we were overwhelmed..From The reception staff to the kitchen staff to the Room service and guards..all were great..Definitely recommended.

Amazing property tucked away from the city in the mountains. Literally on top of the mountain. Very nice property, very helpful staff and also serves very tasty food in their kitchen. Everything that we ate at the restaurant was very nice. We had requested for private bonfire and decor for a birthday celebration and the staff ensured everything was as per our expectations. It's just far from the city center so get your transport sorted while you stay here.its totally worth the price you pay for.

I stayed in their Luxury Cottage which is a massive room with an equally massive private terrace. It is truly a luxurious cottage.

It provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and . Whether you're a nature enthusiast or seeking tranquility, this location offers an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience. Mr. Arvind, the head chef personally met and served the most delicious and diverse array of dishes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in every dish. From local pahadi flavors to continental cuisine, everything was too delicious.

The guest facilities at this resort are top-notch. The pool area provided a serene oasis for relaxation and unwinding, and the yoga hall allowed me to practice my daily meditation and yoga routines with a view that was truly inspiring. The on-site mandir added a touch of spirituality to my stay.
For families with children, Shaantam has thoughtfully provided a fantastic gaming zone. It includes table tennis, a foosball table, carrom, and more. This ensured that even the youngest guests had plenty of entertainment options to choose from. The dedicated play area for kids was another thoughtful addition, making it an excellent choice for families.

I must also mention the quality of toiletries provided by Solis Luna. The attention to detail extended to every aspect of the guest experience, even down to the finest details. The toiletries were of the highest quality and added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

I run my unique Design Studio IKIGAI DESIGNS, and we constantly travel to our client's sites. For the future prospect of our project, we traveled to Shaantam Resorts, Rishikesh. Inwant to start with the location - it is perched atop a hill and surrounded by greens and mountains. The view from the resort is that of the jungle, hills, greenry, and river ganges. There are plenty of nature trek and walks possibilities around the gorgeous property. They are in the process of adding 13 new villas with a small personal pool, in-built with water current technique causing natural waves. First of it's kind...
The food served herebis only vegetarian but better than non-veg. The dal comes with a special take it yourself tarka. Simply delicious. For gym and yoga lovers, there are arrangements in place. They have the most beautiful, well equipped, and gorgeous spa. Their spas are better than any 5 star quality. Do check out the propertie's, gorgeous pictures below.
