Interesting place for breakfast.

Had amazing saatvic smoothies, recommended by a german friend.

Service might be slow as if order is same, they make it together for all so it takes time to prepare a different one.

Strawberry was out of stock so had other smoothies.

Tried 2 items from their menu -

1. Banana & Dragon Fruit Bowl (pink one)

2. Banana & Spinach Bowl (green one)

They have two types of Oat meal - Chocolate and Honey.

Toppings of Chia seeds, flax seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, pomegranate makes it look wow and tastes even better.

There is no washroom so I went to Punyah Residency opposite to it. The receptionist was kind enough to allow me to use their washroom.

P.S - The guy gives a hug at the end and loves to greet everyone passing by.

The review is less about Smoothies and more about the vibe of the owner and the place.

Of course, the Smoothies are great.

But Nipun showed genuine hospitality by talking to everyone and remembering everyone's name and date of departure from Rishikesh. The place felt like a friend's living room. The best part was the hugs Nipun gave to everyone in between making delicious Smoothies.

Gaia has the best sattvic smoothie bowls in whole rishikesh! If you are in rishikesh, you have to check out this lovely and cozy breakfast place. The owner Nipun puts so much love in this bowls & he only uses fresh fruits, seeds, nuts and granola. Rishikesh can be hard on the body because of all the heat, yoga and hectic streets, so at Gaia you will find peace, love & all the nutrients that your body & mind needs. Nipun treats all customers as family. Thank you Nipun for creating such a healthy & loving space 🙏

This place is truly a treasure. One of those places that is cute easy honest and nutritious and smoothie bowls made with love. So simple. One thing on the menu with a bunch of variety. Lovely owner. Genuine passion and care for what he does. And knowledgeable about what he is serving.

This is the Supreme breakfast you can ever have.. i mean fresh n seasonal food at that rate.. totally worth it, all those ppl, bowls of smoothies, the love water (basically different types of unlimited herbal tea on a regular basis).. and Nipun ji is an amazing host, he himself welcomes us with a hug! OMG! That hug feels like home...
Try going once, you'll become regular.

It is one of the best places to have really awesome and healthy smoothies in rishikesh. But more than that, the love with which Nipun (the owner) meets you and serves you will forever remain in your heart. N you'll surely leave with tons of good memories from his place. Must, must, must visit!

Nice smoothie bowls! They are just prepared with love and some fruits. Amazing experience it's a must go on Rishikesh, full complete breakfast an so healthy. The prices are arround 120 to 200.

Nipun, the owner of Gaia is the loveliest, kindest soul.
The smoothie bowls are great, super healthy and filling. You get loads of variety to choose from and love water changes everyday! Worth mentioning is that the shop is open from 8am (and not many places are). You always feel there like a wanted friend, rather than a customer. A must go while in Rishikesh!

Beautiful and small place. It is really comfortable and cozy. It is like a big table, and you have to sit in the floor , while You are having yours breakfast you share time with everyone. Lovely. And the bowls are incredible!!
