I tried their Rainbow salad and it was delicious. No unnecessary mounisse or any other sauces.

We were in Rishikesh as a recoup point for next leg of the journey. Accidently stepped into evergreen salad bar. And i would say , i was astonished.

The food is A grade with variety of salads and whole foods , the vibe and ambiance is calm , the sitting arrangements are comfy.

I was moved by the hospitality , knowledge , kindness and professionalism of Chef Ramesh Rana ji who personally suggested us the meals to our likings.

More than the restaurant , i was hooked by Chef Rana's commitment to serve vegetarian , nutrient rich natural food ample with natural herbs which we have stopped eating in our everyday lives in cities. I was touched by his vision as I myself am someone who could have benefited a lot if i was his subject ,long ago.

If you come by lakshman jhula , don't hesitate to pay a visit to the place. When it comes to salads , chef Rana is the epitome. Period .

Guys experience once , best food I ever had.

We spent a day in Rishikesh after trekking for 4 days in the Uttarakhand. The food on the trek was great and homely but after 4 days of it we were craving for more variety than just dal roti Chawal and Subj and boy! did the Evergreen Salad Bar in Rishikesh hit the sweet spot. We went there for a late lunch Mr Neeraj waited patiently as we went through all the options ( there were so many). The salads were outstanding, we tried the Summer Salad , Greek Salad, foxtail Millet Salad, Spicy Thai salad and the Cilantro Honey Ginger Salad. Apart from that we had the Hot and Sour Soup, the Vegetable Biryani and finally wrapped it up with a good old Chole Bhature. . Mr Neeraj was very well informed about all the ingredients and helped us make our choices.
Its one of those places that you must try in Rishikesh.

Excellent place - we stumbled across it on our way to Lakshman jhula. The owner is so friendly and takes delight in explaining about the nutritional quality of the ingredients behind each dish. They have an excellent selection of salads and each one tastes unique with a different blend of natural root spices. The salads taste fresh and healthy and light on the stomach. Highly recommend!!

This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy salad. One of my favourite restaurants around rishikesh. The salad served rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommend.😍

We visited the outlet near Laxman Jhula Rishikesh and really enjoyed the hospitality from the owner. The variety and freshness of salads was remarkable. The portion size was also good. Glad to have such healthy options in a sea of redundant North Indian food joints. The use of dressing and excellent combinations made the meal enjoyable. We also tried several juices, smoothies and shakes. All were made fresh and To our liking. The wonderful river breeze and easy ambience of the place added to the experience.

I recently visited this salad bar near Laxman Jhula. After having a long day, this is what I need. Good food served with a lot of love ❤. The owner was kind enough to give suggestions and was so hospitable. Would really recommend everyone to try their Cobb salad. This place will refresh you.
