the Aziza spa at our hotel was an exquisite experience. The tranquil ambiance and skilled therapists created a haven of relaxation. From the calming music to the aromatic oils, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The massage was rejuvenating, easing away tension. The spa facilities were pristine, enhancing the overall sense of tranquility. A truly rejuvenating escape within the confines of luxury.

Amazing staff, very polite and accommodating right from reception to room service , people were very kind and helpful.

Location: heart of Rishikesh. Cannot find anything better in this area.
View from the rooms is amazing overlooking the majestic Ganges .

This hotel is lovely. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I brought 10 US students here in Dec. 2023 for three days and everyone was happy. Excellent view to the Ganges River. Very comfortable and clean rooms. I highly recommend.

Great location and service! The hotel is close to a lot of shops, cafes, etc. that you can easily walk to. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous especially Manoj Rana who was always there to help us with our daily itinerary providing awesome recommendations. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at the Salvus Hotel, also known as Hotel Ishan, located at Laxman Jhula Chowk, Tapovan. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ramesh Singh Negi, who took care of my needs. Special mention to the delightful oatmeal I had every day. The rooms, had an amazing view of the Ganga ji and both of Laxman Jhula and the 13th floor temple (tera manjil). I highly recommend this property in Rishikesh; it's one of the best, especially with such fantastic views. Hope to return soon!

There is nothing great when comes to service & hygiene & cleanliness... Nvrtheless the staff is polite.. The room service doesn't offer much after 9pm..and doesn't take orders before 8:30am... Property seems to be renovated recently and catering area is designed as per the taste of overseas tourists..

But all 5Stars is for its location... The Mystical Ganga view from the so called premium rooms covers all the flaws... Just fees mins walk to bank of river..

But in case if u want to go to main market or other areas.. Then u won't get a convaince say auto.. U hv to hire taxi... The walk to makn road from hotel is uphill task...

There are few very good dhaabas in local vicinity.. Rawat is one such...

Many shops of eatry local clothes and handicrafts... At walking distance...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ishan by Salvus during my visit to Rishikesh, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

We had a two days stay at Hotel Ishan, the location is right next to Lakshman Jhula. The staff were welcoming and sweet. They also helped us plan our river rafting at a reasonable rate. Anand bhaiya was very helpful. Good Food and good ambiance!

We stayed in Ishan hotel for one night and it was a great stay. The whole team was very kind, welcoming and helpful especially Anand and Ramesh who gave us great advices always with the smile. The view is great !

Salvus Hotels provides wonderful options for spa and massage. After the massage, I feel revitalized and extremely relaxed. The oils are wonderful and you come out smelling very good.

This is a wonderful place to just be by the mesmerizing Ganga Ma.
It's truly beautiful.
The rooms are well laid out and the staff are impeccable.
A special mention must go to the Manager Ramesh ji.
Always helpful and ready to help for which we are very grateful.
If you want to be by the Ganges and enjoy the ability to move around with excellent facilities then this is the place to stay.

Mr Ramesh and Mr Ajay were very friendly, nice place , nice views , all hotel staff service was up to mark . Mr Anand really gone out of way to arrange for Ganga aarti .

Nice Hotel with in-house Cafe having good delicious food. Situated right near Laxman Jhula! (Although Little inconvenient due to ongoing construction) Many Cafes are Walking distance away. Mr. Rakesh and Staff were helpful and courteous.

I had the most incredible experience staying at a breathtaking location with a stunning view of the majestic Ganga river and the iconic Lakshman Jhula bridge right outside my window. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. It’s a great stay, especially the staff is very very welcoming and helping. Manoj and Arun helped me throughout my stay to book day cabs to travel nearby places.
The hotel cafe has live music everyday and the vibe is fantastic 👏🏻

We stayed at Hotel Ishan - A Riverside Retreat by Salvus in 1st week of December 2023. The whole experience was nice specially view of Holy River Ganga Ji.
Food and live music is also a good thing about this hotel.

Hotel staff members are helpful in nature specially Mr. Anand Pathak, he helped us in booking cab and other things in reasonable rate.

The rooms was good and the hospitality of the hotel was very good . The staff merebers were nicely talking with us. They make our day special. The rooms were neat and clean with a ganga view. Especially the night view of ganga river and laxman jhula was good from the room. Alover it was a very place to visit and for the stay. The manger of the hotel are very nice person . They talked nicely with and treat us like a friend.

My stay was great and Anand always made sure my room was clean and beautiful and that I had everything I needed to feel comfortable

Staff is very humble and cafe is also makes healthy and top quality food.
Best thing they have pet name holy which gives u peaceful vibes as well as place.
