I have tried different gyms in Darjeeling. CFS is one of the best suited for my needs which is weight training. The trainers are knowledgeable and are always there to help. The atmosphere is supportive and friendly - with other gym goers becoming almost like a wonderful community. The gym owner, Sukra Mani is extremely knowledgeable about about every aspect of training and nutrition. Having trained with gyms all around the World including USA and Denmark, Sukra Mani has to be one of the best. Within a few weeks, my form has improved and transformation is visible. I highly recommend all who are interested, beginners or advanced to check out this gym.

So far the best fitness centre in Darjeeling. The trainer is well experienced. I've been taking their services past 8 months and the results are excellent. I'm not a very consistent person but my trainer is smart man knows how to motivate me.

Cfs has great number of professional trainers who makes sure you are well dedicated and motivated throughout your journey. One of the Professional trainer- Kalyan Rai, Respected and Beloved da, made sure i was well educated with proper diet plans and provided information regarding every exercise and helped practising and corrrecting every exercise with proper posture and technique. Its been quite a journey, and hope it goes a long way to building and ensuring better health.

Great gym! Love the staff's behaviour, so polite and humble towards everyone and i have my trainer Kalyan Rai whom I respect and is a great person the one who got me into weights taught me about every single muscle wear and tear and all its functions. 💪

Probably the Best GYM in Darjeeling with complete facilities for perfect workouts. Outstanding trainers with their vast experience and knowledge in their respective fields who will certainly bring about the best shapes of muscle building.

My experience at CFS for more than the last two years before the COVID -19 pandemic is unforgettable. I long to join in once again at CFS and continue my workout but it's only due to certain unavoidable circumstances with my office schedule after LOCKDOWN I'm aloof. How much I wish that CFS should have one more extention STUDIO of same kind at Ghoom Jorebunglow area for a busy person like me and enable to cope with the time schedule.
