The Guest Hospital

I’ve been coming to the Dr’s at Guest hospital since 2000 and they have helped me with Kidney stone issue and also treated my family for other urological issues since then. Both Dr Jayachandran and Dr Karthik Jayachandran are thorough professionals and never fail to impress me. The hospital facilities are very well maintained and nursing staff was also very helpful. Room was very clean and housekeeping was prompt and maintained everything in a hygienic way. I would highly recommend this hospital. The hotel next door is a great convenience factor and the food there is excellent. Over all a 5/5 in every department.

Just one small issue was that they don’t accept cashless insurance for private policies with certain providers like New India. This would be very helpful if they can get this arranged with all insurance providers.

The hospital is maintained very clean.. It is equipped with good diagnostic facilities including blood test, xray and scan centres. The scan centres provide the report in quick time.. Its a multi speciality hospital and many kidney stone treatment and appendicitis operations are performed regularly.. Downside is the cost of treatment is comparitively high..

Guest hospital is the best hospital. Treatment is awesome. Keep it up. The hospitality from doctors, nurses and staffs pre & post surgery are very superb. Four days which I stayed felt like staying in home rather than hospital. Very clean and tidy. Thank you.

The guest hospital surgical management was very effectful treatment my relative was admitted in the guest hospital under the care of dr. Radhabai Prabhu (gynocologist),mam treatment was very effectful care ,,and short duration of pain relief and staff nurse care was very good and smiling face of treatment handled thanks to guest hospital

For the past one year iam going to GUST hospital for self and for my wife. Very Moderate fees and good services being rendered. Doctors are so kind enough.

Our mother unfortunately was admitted to the ICU twice last month and we were so fortunate to have picked Guest Hospital for treatment. Highly competent doctors, very accomodating staff and amazing team of nurses ( thank you Shomini sister & team ). Lots of care and empathy from staff which we are very appreciative of. Hope no one needs to go into a hospital, if you do- from our experience we highly recommend Guest hospital.

I was admitted on 27.1.22 and discharged on 1.2.22.
A few stray thoughts... From the time I was wheeled into emergency casualty with bleeding in the urinary passage till discharge.... The hospital care was par excellence, led by Dr. Karthick Jaychandran and his father Dr. Jaychandran- one of the pioneers in urology.
Special mention to the caregivers in ICU...nurses, paramedical staff, etc, etc, their response time never exceeded a minute.
In a nutshell, the guest hospial treats its patients like GUESTS hence following the principles of Athithi Devo Bhava.

My ralative admitted in guest hospital under the care of dr.jayachandran, urologist treatment was very statisfy and very careful,and helping tentacy mind ,really thank you sir💫

Almost all the doctors outside suggested laser therapy for my kidney stone(5.6 mm).. as a last option I met Dr Karthik Jayachandran and to my surprise he advised it may come out on its own if I follow some diet with medication.. it's going to be 5 days I have consulted him .. no pain so far.. expecting stone to come out pretty soon...

My grandfather had done hemiarthroplasty surgery, doctor navin balasubramanian has gave him excellent care and best treatment and he was very courteous, given detailed explanations of procedure to the family members which gave us confidence on proceeding with surgery and as assured by doctor, he was able to walk back again with little help within few days at age 80+ years which was commendable and i highly recommend him and thanks lot doctor.....

One of the best hospital in the area. I used to consult my family Doctor in K.S.Hospital (just few blocks away opposite to Pachaippa College). Since they have closed down couple of years ago, my family doctor gives consultation here. So I visit here to consult him, and he takes care of patient good. Since it's a multi speciality hospital they do have specialists and they give consultations. The cost is also nominal, which is very important factor in serving community, and my wishes to management to keep it that away. They could improve further facility for patience like additional seating where my doctor gives consultation next to ER. Hope they upgrade and improve further in serving society in the years to come.

Dr.Jayachandran and Dr.Karthick Jayachandran of The Guest hospital, kilpauk, Chennai are the best doctors of Urology. They removed my 18mm calculus with ease. Well known hospital in Kilpauk, multi speciality with hitech facilities, in house pharmacy available.

Wonderful hospital, clean and well maintained. All Doctors are very experienced. Very Good facilities very clean dialysis unit and intensive care unit.
