Proper guidance and management / Ram nagar branch hospital administrator. They were well trained to their staff. Especially to billing department old man Jagan. His has given proper guidance in billing part. All services are good and few services need to be improved

Mr. Jagan one of the old gentleman from this hospital in the billing department has been very helpful in making my life very easy and guiding me through the entire process. He is very polite and helped me through the entire process. I highly recommend you to ask for this gentleman when you have any issues with claims or billing. People like you make a huge impact!! When my wife was sick and when I was looking for a hospital many friends suggested hospitals with senior doctors. But i selected this because I liked the reviews in the website. I was looked after by Dr. Ravikant and Dr. Chakradhar. Both the doctors have good professional approach.Only my wife was not happy with quality of food as it was too spicy.

I am not qualified to assess the quality of doctors here. Dr. Partha Saradhi was towering in giving hope and delivering cure. The nursing staff are knowledgeable and patient while clearing our queries. Mr. Jagan at Billing section was wise in handling my fears and explaining costing .

On negative side, I request Admin to put curtains on all sides in sharing rooms, it's embarrassing to cross other patients while going for toilet again and again.

Cleaning and all staff are well behives as well as helpfull. Specially thankfull to Mr. Vekatesh and Jagan sir from billing section who is help me from insurance claim to approved.Some sister are caring and very helpful who care very well as even in night shift every time active for everyone.

Specially thanks to Lakshminarayan sir.

Very good nursing staff, house keeping, friendly doctors, one of the best hospital which I have seen. My mother got admitted for hip replacement in September and she has recoverd so well and now successfully completed the other side hip replacement also. All Staff are excellent. Dr B Sateesh Babu garu , good counseling about my mother and done critical procedure . Now we are discharged .My mother is in good condition. Especially 2nd Floor Aarogyasri staff good support to us .

Excellent service done by post op ward sisters. Incharge has been doing great co- sisters vasanthi , vasantha, prameela are doing magnificent work I am thoroughly enjoyed by the services provided by bthem.

Dr. Sateesh Babu garu ( Gastroentrology surgeon) treatment is very nice.. high risk surgery 10 hours Whipple procedure really great doctor sir and staff and in ward who are very helpful and caring nurses and all staff in all shifts

D Krishna Murthy Room no 303, Doctors, Sisters and other staff service is also excellent and good. Housekeeping K. Nagamani, p Usha, P Karuna and all the ward boys in post operative ward and in floors the service is excellent. So, Thank you Apollo staff for the support given to patient.

Iam Nandhini (Iam a Registered Nurse)I suffered from Severe Abdominal pain i went directly to Apollo Hospitals (Arilova branch) emergency on 28.6.23 at 1am... Night duties nurses received me very well and the duty Doctor and emergency doctor is very polite and Cleared all my doubts thankyou very Much for such a great approach..
Has a staff nurse(Iam working in Hyd) i can say Apollo service is very good apart from other hospitals...
