Buying these products we are helping the poor villagers for their upliftment.
These clothes are purely "Hand spun and hand woven'" by hard working villagers.

Great wholesale outlet for old India style khadi cotton and wool products with rustic appeal. Recommend a visit but leave the guide behind as may take commission and hurry you along. Nice to chat to the workers and get some history.

Magnifiques Khadi à des prix raisonnables (env. 2000 à 3000 rps) selon la complexité des tissages. Ils vendent également des tissages en soie, bcp plus cher. Après votre achat demandez une visite des lieux, c'est très instructif. Magasin loin des boutiques pour touristes proches du fort. A recommander si vous voulez participer à un projet équitable.

Jaisalmer, nicknamed "The Golden city", is a city in the Indian state of Rajasthan, located 575 kilometres west of the state capital Jaipur. It is the administrative headquarters of Jaisalmer District. Before Indian independence, the town served as the capital of the Jaisalmer State, ruled by the Bhati Rajputs.
