Gym has excellent gym infrastructure with all the equipments right from lapticals to crossfit , leg extension to chinups .
Activities like aerobics, zumba, gymnastics are excellent .
But the best thing about this gym is its coaching . Vijay sir is the chief coach here, and all other coaches with special lady coach provides excellent coaching .

This is my first gym joining and here my first experience was excellent thank you Vijay sir for the best guidance

The gym is good i gain strength in just 2 week and the coach are very friendly and supportive they help me to gain more strength in my body and now i can feel my body becoming stronger than it every and i hope this help youngsters to join at beginning it was hard but now it easier every day i am one step forward to my dream physic

I have known gym for the last 20 years. But Viju sir trains with the same dedication that he used to give 20 years back and very helpful staff and very good gym.

The gym is very good and the staff is professional the trainer is very good and friendly everyone over the gym are friendly to each other the ambience was good and my body is now capable of heavy lifting
