DLF Woodland Heights Bangalore

This place is really peaceful to stay in and the property is planned well. The weather most of the times is not very hot and is quite windy here.

There is a lake behind this property which is a sight to see from the window. The view gives that posh feeling sometimes.

Peaceful green residential society with good security. Top class L&T construction & beautiful view from apartment. No traffic zone nor pollution.

This place is getting developed in good phase and now has becomes nice place to stay for rent. The community has come up with lot of good agendas for up coming year so its gonna be even more better.

Very active community. All festivals are celebrated here. Playgrounds for kids. And there is clubhouse near to the compound. Not inside. Clubhouse has swimming pool, badminton, gym, squash, billiards, yoga,.. Lot of facilities are there.

Great place to live.. Staying since August, 2021...Feeling like staying so long... Heaven place..

The most upcoming area in Bangalore. Prestige project next to this. So lots of development to happen. Great apartments with Central lawns and lake views. Great construction, newly constructed. Great place to live. Double Metro connectivity from bommasandra and APC in the future.

Best place to live, less polluted good community

Land mark project well execution, Well maintained by JLL group. Very spacious in-side roads, distance between each towers are extremely more...! plenty of greenery, nice and well grown up trees, excellent place to live...!

A great community to live in with great amenities. The location is a but far from the central city, however, you get all that you need for your household need from the many super market near by. The places surrounding the DLF is and well develop further.

Elf woodland heights is ausome . Very good maintenance....Cool surrounding s , lake view is good... Central play ground for children's ...Play grounds.But no swimming pool.... Entire maintenance is good neat and clean.... I've stayed at one week such a wonderful experience....

Nice place. And nice apartments. Not many are occupied. Less populated area. The road just touching the apartment is very bad. Has parking for visitors and residents ofcousre. Is apart of jigini..

It's been a year since I have moved into DLF Woodland Heights and I'm very much pleased with the experience so far. Its a peaceful and calm atmosphere, no pollution, abundant sunlight, amazing lake view, good construction quality, ample parking space for visitors as well, 24 hours security and neat and clean premises. Excellent landscaping done which gives an amazing view from almost all the balconies. Enough area available for daily jogs and cycling and offers abundant lung space far away from the maddening city crowds. A few shops have recently come up nearby and major online retailers/food delivery like Big Basket, Licious, Amazon, Zomato etc. offer their services here. HCL technologies and Volvo service centre are situated nearby while Jigani market, Narayana Health, DMart etc. are within driving distance. Major upcoming developments like Bommasandra metro project, Peripheral Ring Road, Hosur airport etc. are expected to further appreciate the property value. Also the work on the approach road has started and upcoming club house, although outside the campus, promises to offer all premium facilities like swimming pool, gym, tennis court, squash court, resto-bar etc. BMTC buses come upto HCL technologies and all major cabs like OLA, Uber etc. provide their services here. Overall a calm and serene place to live in and the property value is expected to rise once all the major development projects are ready.

Good place to buy and rent flat if your working in HCL jigani and in bommsandra area. Nice view, ambiance, but you should have two wheeler at least if you want to move in.

I live here, no power cut, recently many stores have come up just outside the gate , full supply of groceries, milk , ready breakfast, water , fresh veggies fruits everything is available.

Its a DLF building which consists of 2 blocks one is Maiden height and the other is Woodland height. Here 1st is already handed over by L&T and second is still handing over continued. Though near it, not so developed still near area of it has all most developed

This society is located out of the city, with lot of lakes and greenary around. A perfect location for all nature lovers
