Good hospital infrastructure. NH care app was very useful to booking appointments and get health records with in few minutes and view your health records anytime anywhere by using these app. First class treatment for Pediatric and Adult Cardiology. Don't think too just go for it....

Very much happy and satisfied with systematic and speedy processing, the patience and good conducts from all the staff including the Dr. which is beyond expectation. The staff are happily struggling in Narayana, salute to them. The NH Care App is hussle free to manage every details including appointment, remote connectivity, billing, know the report vitals, everything. Don't worry, move forward, Narayana is for you always.

I have never seen God, but the incredible team of doctors and nurses at Narayana, with their exceptional skill, unwavering care, and boundless compassion, have not only mended my body but also mended my faith in humanity. I am forever grateful to them for their life-changing work.

Very good service for the first time visit. 5 starts out of 5! Kudos to the doctors and the support staff, everything went on well for the first ever consultation with NH. Let me summarize the over all experience to help everyone.

Cons:
1. All the tests are not pocket friendly, of course. :)
2. Considerable amount of waiting period at the hospital
3. Doctors and hospital staff members seem to work hard for extra hours, you can see in their faces while attending/responding to the patients' queries. Neither dedicated nor unpleasant as well.
4. Registration counter could have guided us to install the NH Mobile App first to become an ONE HEALTH member in order to avail the 45% discount for the outpatients(OPD) provided for labs/diagnostic tests(which are quite expensive). <<>>
5.Holter Monitoring Section:
Staff at Holter Device department are not so patient friendly, lost in their duties and looked aggresive while responding to the basic queries about the device. One male staff member said initially that no Holter device available for that particular day but later we secured a device, after insisting that we had come from too far and can't come another day to receive this device. Bitter experience could have been handled better. :)
One female staff did not respond to the emergency phone call made from home to report the issues faced with Holter device connectivity (one of the wire got disconnected from the main device and didn't fit back in again). When we called for assistance on the number written by the staff, nobody picked up. We had to call for emergency support, the manager was very kind to guide us step by step on how to fit the wires to the device. It was so helpful. :)
6. Little bit disappointed that I had to return without any medicines for controlling cholesterol or any dietery tips from the physician after spending Rs.15K+ and 7 hours in the hospital.
It'd have been heart-warming if the physicians could spend little more time on the patients, rather than rushing through the formalities to attend the next patient.

Pros:

8. Multi-lingual staff to assist the patients all over the world.
9. Doctors with care, attentive,humble and humor will make your day special and friendly. Thorough dteailed lab tests are done to make sure (pre) condition of any disease (preventive tests).

There is a reason why it is the largest cardiac institute in the world. Their facility, doctors, staffs all of them have so much experience.
We have an appointment with Dr.Darshan B N (very charm and polite person he explained us in very patiently)
They will help you in every step from registration to doctor consolation. They all can understand local language,Hindi, Bengali, English.They have a special counter for people who come from out of the country. They will fill up your registration if you couldn't done by yourself.
But things is there mostly they preferred to do install the app which is good but there is network issue at the premises even thou there wifi connection also very poor speed.

A heart is a life, I really like the service of this very nice hospital

Doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. Hospital is clean and hygienic. Sometimes doctor availablity for surgery becomes a challenge due to high emergency cases make sure you talk to their secretary before admission. Patient food is just okay, visitors can get better options outside. If you have come from other city, there are options of guest house nearby which provides affordable rooms.

The service and quality of this hospital is very good. Especially the quality of doctors and nursing services is very good. Besides, the efficient management of the hospital impressed me I wish this hospital continued prosperity.

Besides, this hospital has 4 shrines of different religions which impressed me.

Rececently when My Elder brother had chest pain and here he had CABG from Dr.Raghu MG and his team. He is recovering. Narayana Hrudayalaya has excellent Nursing and adm staff.

Very good service and timely presentation of the test reports. The Jayanagar Clinic is not up to the expectations. Though it is closer to my residence and takes a maximum of 15 minutes to reach the Jayanagar Clinic, their service is not good. For everything we should make hundreds of phone calls or go to the clinic in person to check for the status. They function like a government office, except the "under the table" thing. The person in charge should seriously look into the proper functioning of the Jayanagar branch otherwise they are surely going to bring bad reputation for the main hospital.

I would like to commend the doctors and nurses for their exceptional service, deserving of five stars. However, I believe there is room for improvement in maintenance services, particularly with regard to elevator upkeep and ensuring cleanliness by changing bedspreads and providing patient attire. Constructive feedback like this can contribute to enhancing the overall quality of care provided.
