I had quite a bit of fun dancing in front of the million CCTVs but paid a lot of fines everywhere.

It's a good & reliable place for all type of treatment. I have experience with Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center and NH Orthopaedics, Spine, and Trauma care at Narayana Health City. Doctors behaviour are excellent and the token system and NH app are very helpful. Thanks to Narayana Management.

Very good and qualified doctors. They are very cooperative and helpful too. The hospital infrastructure is very good but the billing section is mostly busy hence the wait time is too high. The parking is very good , lots of cars can be easily accommodated with ease. The roads inside the hospital is also good.

One of the best hospital I have visited. Yes the wait time is more, it’s because a lot of patients trust NH. One of the supporting feature NH is having is NH Neighbourhood, which will give the residents of the approved societies with discounts. We have used it personally. I would like to thank DR Kannan J, Dr Anirudh Shetty for such a professional and personal touch and made us feel so comfortable . I have to appreciate the lab staff and support staff as well for such a good behaviour.

I had walked in for vaccine for covid on the 4th Marc 2021. This review is only with respect to the vaccination.
Since there was no slot available near my home at Bannerghata Road Bangalore I choose Narayana hirudalya (NH) which is about 40 minutes drive from my home .
I reached the hospital quarter to 8 , at the main entrance one person car not allowed but when I told him international wing he allowed. There are signs to show where the vaccination centre and fortunately I got a parking infront of the wing . The security at the building helped said I need to pay the fees , better I seat my wife( as she has problems n walking)in the hall where vaccination done and then pay the fees. I was the first person to pay the fees for vaccination it was Rs 250 per person and they gave 2 copies and informed that one will be retained by the person who does verification at covid portal of the govt. NH has organized to take care of the crowd had put up shamiana in front of the international wing . There were no one till 8 am and around 8.15 I was told to get my verification done for the vaccination, by then there were about 6 people. There is separate counter for verification, they take your aadhar card and book appointments and in the same time they load in the govt portal . Immediately I got sms of the appointments and also that ijad been vaccinated and certificate can be down loaded . They retained one copy and stamped with NH stamp and asked me to proceed to vaccination. It was by then 8.30 am and people started coming in vaccination. There were enough people to register and do the verification 4 people each.
At 8.45 am the nurses stared walking in. By then there was enough crowd about 60 to 70 people. The admin supervisor started collecting the stamped forms and said I will call you and tell you which room you need to go for vaccine.

There were no sequence in calling people for vaccination but it doesn't matter as it takes less than 2 minutrs per vaccination. Me and my wife called at 9.20 and my wife was inoculated at 9.21 and I was at 9.23 . There are 2 nurses one gives you the vaccine other writes in register your GOVT ID and after the vaccination they give fruit juice and bottle of water.
They inform you to go and sit on the other side of the hall for observation for 30 minutes but there are no other information. On the other side there is a nurse for observation and two beds.

There are 6 vaccination rooms and done in a precion, by the time we finished and waited hardly there were any crowd .
Barring the priority not given for vaccination as who came first other wise it was smooth for the price of Rs 100 they warn for each vaccine whic is pittance as I see they have deployed 30 to 35 staffs for this drive

Narayana netralaya has good doctors. for eye checkup and surgeries.parking available valet parking in front hospital entrance. basement parking available.near iskcon temple yeshwanthapur

Excellent and professional team at MSMC for Hepatic Transplant. Words can’t express the confidence instilled by the transplant surgeon Dr Goja pre and post surgery and while the 14 hour surgery was underway.
Dr. Varun, Dr. Manoj, Sheela, Department Coordinator and the team for their commitment.
Interventional Radiology should be mentioned while they prepared us for the big one else we’ll not be justifying their effort.
The care from the SICU staff while the family had to be away so the patient got the best care that was required post surgery.
The 4th floor nursing head and staff for their support and care in the initial days while preparing for the big surgery needs a special mention.
The housekeeping staff who took special care around the clock to keep us comfortable.
Mr Prathap Sahu from the hospital catering team for his continued service and support while we had to stay over for after care of surgery.
Special mention to the management for the time, support and effort during the diagnosis and procedures to have kept us absolutely comfortable.

Very Good Coordination for Vaccination. They a good setup, registration, billing and verification desks for Vaccines. After the Vaccine, they also help with resting area. For Senior Citizen and Physically Challenged they had put vaccine in the car itself. Parking Management could be bit better.

Overall a good experience!

Dr. Sudesh Probhu is one of the best doctor for heart Surgery in NH Narayana, Bangulor Hospital.

Greatly appreciate the excellent healthcare provided by NH Orthopaedics Spine and Trauma Care, Bangalore. Prof. Arun Ranganathan and Dr.Naveen Tahasildar were meticulous with their investigations regarding a lower back problem, and offered timely remedies. Grateful to Ms.Jansi from the administration and Sister Liza from the nursing station for going above and beyond to make the treatment and hospital stay a comfortable one.

Narayanan Healthcity is a place where certainly you wont be disappointed. In world of money making hospitals, i found Narayanan Hospital to be on a different side all together. Charges are nominal or can say normal. No extravagant need of tests and all. Doctor will prescribe only what is required.

Ample of paid parking space. Open Food Court just beside parking and near Narayana Nethralaya building.

Every department has a different building with their own registration and further process.

After a long time i saw a dedicated building for International Patients. For international patients, no need to convert their currency to INR. They can make payment in their local currency itself.

Very supporting and courteous staff.

I am taking treatment in this hospital. All arrangements here are very good. All their staff are very friendly. They are very helpful to everyone. Thank you.

My name is Anant Acharya ( M 34) and I was hospitalized on 16th of August for kidney transplant surgery and discharged on 27th of Aug 2021.My donor was my wife Shradha Acharya ( F 29) . We both would like to share our Vote of thanks via blog.

We have been visiting Narayana Hospital from month of July for completing our pre hospitalization medical formalities and our legal formalities.

Day care brother- Thanks to William brother who not only helped in my Urology tests, but also helped me to remove stent and post surgery Staples without any pains.

Dialysis sisters- Ensuring my sessions are completed before the surgery.

Housekeeping - team for ensuring my room is dust free and hygienic. Thanks for helping to cleaning my Urinary catheter for a week on timely manner. During these pending times, they ensured that all the cleaning protocols are taken care.

Pooja our canteen sister for providing timely food for us🙏 ( morning to night)x 11 days.

Last but not least my transplant coordinator - Mahesh Kamath - He was an anchor, he was so supportive for our legal, medical and post surgery process. Thanks a lot for your time and efforts Maheshavre 🙏

We loved the NH app which helped us to pay online and most of the times saved our times standing in our long queues.

Overall it was a great learning experience for both of us in our personal life but NH team ensured that we were stress free and took care of us like family members.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Every single aspect of my interactions with this health group was amazing. From the first time I received a quote for the procedure, right until I left.
They arranged transportation from the airport to my accommodation.
I was an international patient for which they have a separate division. Two ladies helped me get to registered, took me to all my appointments and scans. Organized everything. They were incredibly helpful, I couldn’t have navigated things without them. Meanwhile they were friendly and professional.
I spent 2 nights in a private ward which exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and very nice with a private bathroom. The room had a smart tv with Netflix and YouTube to pass the time.
The food was amazing. Absolutely delicious and the staff were quick, polite and checked in everyday for feed back on the room service.
The nurses were caring, professional and attentive. They were very patient and explained everything to me in regards to the healing, medication and processes. They went above and beyond every single day. The floor manager also came to check multiple times that everything was going well.
The surgical team came every day to check in and make sure everything was going well.
The two ladies who helped with with all my appointments also came to check in every day.
I can’t stress enough how amazing every single person was. They were AMAZING!

The most incredible thing I experienced was that after my procedure they had determined that the quote ended up being about 7000 rupees more than what they needed to charge and they refunded it to me. This was mind blowing to me. In my home country there would probably be an additional restocking fee. Never did I dream that they would come to me with a refund. It just shows the honesty and integrity of this amazing health group.

I recommend this hospital to everyone considering treatment!
